^Me too!! I'd come home and Azrael would be *so* mad though. Whenever I pet another kitty and she smells it on me she ignores me for a while lol.
 
my cats do the same if I pet a male cat. if its female, they gimme that look like "you shoulda introduced me to her" and ignore me for a bit lol. its been a while since they seen a female.
 
^^ it was awesome! SO many kitties =D they also had dogs, alpacas, goats, ponies and owls. I got to see a Bengal kitty! They are so adorable. When I went home my kitties were so jealous. But then I gave them a catnip toy I bought for them and they loved it.

Re-distributed- I hope everything goes well with the new kitty and your current one isn't too jealous! It would be ideal and adorable if your current cat took on the mother role %)
 
Bengal cats are adorable. I've always wanted one but they're expensive. everytime I read "alpacas" I think of the best of bluelight thread where a dude was messed up and bought some alpacas online and had them shipped to his parents house.

A close friend of mine just returned back to Thailand to look after Bengal tigers & cubs in a sanctuary..
Without being paid a cent, she is devoting literally every day to these cats (whom live in shocking conditions & don't get treated well by the local volunteers).
Its an amazing thing to devote your life to..
This is the third time she has gone back to the sanctuary without any pay or work benefits, and she usually spends close to a year there.

And trip, that's amazing! Ill try and post a picture of the cat later tonight. They're freakin adorable. Maine Coon is another one of my favorite breeds.

I had a Maine coon/grey tabby mix when I was young. Adorable cat. I miss him :( RIP Ollie. I'll come dig you up one day and move you somewhere better.
 
Bengal cats are adorable. What I've always wanted is a toyger, but they are ridiculously expensive (around $1500 for a kitten)

Tak doesn't like little Erza at all but she hasn't attacked her which is great.
 
if i could afford to pay like $1500 for a cat, i would adopt 20 kittens instead.

someone who's opinion i value very, very highly described my photos as art and told me that i should start building a portfolio. i am totally flabbergasted that someone thinks of my work as art. in a good way!

(someone else from this forum said the same thing to me around xmas and i felt the same way - and i value her opinion just about as much.)

they generally don't let you pet the cats or dogs at pet shows. they don't want your disgusting germy paws near their super expensive animals, who in many cases are not treated nearly as well as a typical pet.
 
^You have a good eye Michael. You can teach someone to use a camera, but knowing how to frame a shot and be selective with what you shoot is a special skill that's as much instinct as technique I think. I'm crap at it, I've never taken a good picture in my life. A friend of mine is amazing. A picture he took of double yellow lines at the roadside disappearing into a puddle is one of the most beautiful things I've seen, the totally mundane made strange so you look at it with fresh eyes. I don't think that can be taught. Either got it or you haven't.

Now back on topic: which would seem to be cats. :\ Bengals I know but I've never even heard of a toyger. Just Googled, they're equally as awesome. Would put the local toms who torment my ferrets and think the corner of my tiny front yard is their litterbox right in their place, the little shits! :!
 
^^ I thought you already knew about it as art. otherwise I woulda said something lol. I just kinda assumed you did it somewhat professionally.

I would do the same, which is why I've never bought a Toyger and have always adopted strays and cats who are at risk of losing their home.

I assumed you were already a professional photographer michael. Your photo's are amazing and just have that feel about them.

Sepher - Toygers are docile. They have the temperament of a ragdoll cat so they'd make terrible guard cats :P

Tak decided today that she is over little Erza being here, she kitty slapped her in the head and bit/scratched the hell out of my arm... :\

Aw! I wish my boys could/would wear collars. They freak out MAJORLY. I want to get them chains with name tags so they look badass =D %) Lol.

My little girl on the other hand, she loves collars. If she doesn't have one on she gets upset.

I was in theater in high school (about 4 years ago) and still miss it. Some of my most favorite memories are from theater/drama club. I was in 2 plays when I was 7 and 10 also, it was so much fun. I should get back into it again.
 
So I have a "Technical" question for my dark siders- does anyone know how to sync gmail with the regular mail app the iPhone 4S comes installed with?

Whenever I try to do so it says "cannot verify, username or password is incorrect imap.google.mail" even though everything IS indeed correct.
