Stimulants How can one halt and or lower their tolerance to Aderall?

I have been abusing Aderall, Riddlen, Vyvanse, and Concerta, for many years.

I have consistently taken over 200mg of one or the other per day, for weeks at a time throughout these years.

I've used every method of abuse in the book, but in recent months I've strictly plugged them (liquefied and injected into ass)
because it enhances the effects better than any (Other than IV injection).

I am now prescribed 90mg of Aderall in the morning and 30mg in the afternoon.

I have quite recently cut out excessive use due to the irregular heartbeat, sleep paralysis, and intense chest pains, that I've developed from overuse of stimulants.
(I've had these ailments for over a year. It was simply ignored. Addiction blows)

I still have to plug my prescribed dosage every day because my tolerance prevents me from feeling any and all effects when consumed orally.
This is inconvenient, and has a bitch of a crash afterwards.

I have been taking 500mgs-750mgs of magnesium daily for a few weeks now in hopes to stop my tolerance from increasing, but have yet to see any noticeable changes (other than unexplained hot flashes).

I need advice, what can I do to lower or halt my tolerance to amphetamines?
Any advice on how to make the crash less mind-numbing would also be greatly appreciated.

Side notes:
I'm not going to stop taking my prescribed daily dose, or cut down on my prescribed daily dose.

I refuse to see a physician for any of these severe health problems, in fear that they might cancel my prescriptions.

I'm not bill gates, I need affordable accessible solutions.

Why don't you SWIM your way to the section for new posters where they tell you the rules and regulations.

The only way to reduce your tolerance is to stop taking amphetamines or cut back a shit load. Come on man its not rocket science

Been there...still am, for the tolerance issue I would use DXM(60-70mg) daily, and any dopamine antagonist. For the crashes you must take a multi vitamin, because amphetamines place a major toxicity to neurons, esp if abused that much, and some Melatonin(Natural Sleep Aid)

Don't swim us man we know you did it.

"SWIM is not going to stop taking their prescribed daily dose, or cut down on their prescribed daily dose."

If you don't want to learn why should anyone waste their time teaching you how to lower tolerance. Cutting down your dose is first thing to do, among other billion.

Just read the rules and regulations, I apologize for my use of the term "SWIM", my intention in posting this thread was to learn how to lower my tolerance to my prescribed amphetamines because I don't want to fall back into the horrible situation I had been in the past. I stated that "SWIM is not going to stop taking their prescribed daily dose, or cut down on their prescribed daily dose." because I go to school and I have a job I need to maintain, I have ADHD and I need my medication to function properly. Addiction is an obstacle I'm trying to overcome so I've done alot already to better myself, but it's easier said than done. I no longer use amphetamines for recreational purposes. I want to keep it that way. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Please remove SWIM from your post or it will be closed. Also in the future... you might want to consider just posting in plain regular default font... nobody wants to read a post filled with all these different colors and crap. It's not going to make your question be answered any faster... in fact it'll probably make it get answered slower because people don't like that.

As far lowering your tolerance.. the only way to effectively do that is to take a break from using..

I'll give you my favorite method to lower tolerance, I call it the migraine method. Let's say your dose is 20mg dexamphetamine:

1) If you wake up at 7:00am, set clock to 5:30am, take 10mg IR and go back to bed immediatly.
2) The medication will wake you up by 6:45 so you will likely not need a clock but set it for 7:00 to be sure.
3) by 9:30am, the medication will run out. Let it run out and do not redose.
4) at 1:00pm, take 5mg IR +magnesium and prepare 60-90mg of codeine with Tylenol and a cup of coffee for the migraine that will follow at 4:00pm.
5) At 4:00pm take a cup of coffee and dose codeine to remove headache/migraine, Do not get high on codeine at this point. Only to feel normal.
6) At 8:00pm the codeine should wear off. If the migraine returns, you have successfully lowered tolerance. Redose codeine and go to bed at 10pm.

That's how I do it. Dosing 5mg too late after 10mg ran out...is overkill in my case. Severe migraine tho, don't do it without analgesic.

Understood.
