I'm aware of someone selling US import at a 'cannoisseur' level. Very good, very, very fucking expensive. The verys don't balance each other out, especially the 'very fucking' which is like very to the power of ten. I know how it makes its transatlantic journey and it isn't very masculine.
 
exactly, its not like its as easy as importing from the continent with plenty of container ships etc coming in.

I'm sure there will be some about, just like there's some excellent coke about, but I suspect US Import will be the new straight from the Dam or Super Blue Silver Amnesia.....

Yeah the US import thing might be a load of rubbish, but its definitely an actual purple-type haze, which I've only seen on the internet before.

edit: Was 1.6g too, so not the worst deal in today's scarily expensive cannabis market
 
No, the ridiculous price, can't remember it offhand, but it was bollock-tighteningly expensive, reflects that.

Have heard of folks importing small amounts from the US and Canada for personal use but never bulk. Weed is cheaper over there but wouldn't fancy me chances of much of it actually arriving here through customs. Although maybe it's such an unlikely place to be importing from customs don't think to check too hard. Would suspect the same as MM - very much a small niche kinda thing surely? Do have a hankering after some of those "medical marijuana" edibles though. They really seem to put some effort into 'em rather than just the standard brownie :D

yeah, most outdoor grown UK weed will have a lot of purple in it by harvest time. And a lot of indoor too in the winter, specially if grown in cool/cold lofts. Doesn't need to be a "purple" strain even.
 
That's interesting, maybe its just very well grown stuff for once. Even the decent strains people have are generally terribly grown, i.e. rushed somewhere, small undeveloped buds etc. Still does the job but I remember in Amsterdam how huge all the buds were, properly taken care of.

Weed is cheaper in the US. You can get amazing weed for like $180 an oz.

Dunno about importing in bulk though. We say it sounds risky but so much shit comes over the boarder I think less than 1% of stuff is actually intercepted.

I'm not paying for the stems off that guy 25 an eighth max which is usually over, it is 75% sativa and 25% indica from what I've read. The guys not getting massive yeilds that's just a mates stuff.

Sadly that's pretty much done, couple pipes worth left (stopped smoking shitty tobacco so far this year). Then it will be back to paying £20 for 1.7 of indica kushy type stuff later tonight I guess.

smoking 'heavy duty tutti fruity' at the moment. wish people knew how to trim and cure weed as its such a shame. 25 a 8th though so keeps the gram gang away. i had a type of kush not long ago that was dark dark purple and looked black -will upload a pic when on pc next.
 
Got given a wee bit of really nice moroccan by a mate, got some weed too and a tiny bit of thai/african bush. Feel much better.
