Ketoprofen, donormyl and opiate interactions

Hey,
I've been trying out a new med, Ketoprofen, to try and find a way around narcotic painkillers to deal with my chronic neck pain. It works remarkably well. I've also been taking Donormyl every night recently to help me sleep, knocks me out way better than the Ambien I was using before, surprisingly.
My question is, although I assume the answer will be negative, is it a problem for me to use 1. those two meds together and 2. with opiates as well? Rather high doses usually. I've taken the 3 together before and it always feels like my breathing is getting massively depressed.

Specify which opioids.
Doxylamine + heroin or morphine should synergize, but is not listed as having dangerous potential for respiratory depression. Ketoprofen should be fine (with opioids and with doxylamine). Doxylamine will potentiate certain opioids resulting in greater risk of respiratory depression, such as codeine.

If you are concerned take lower doses than usual.

Great thank you! It would be with either heroin, codeine or hydros usually I guess, so this is helpful. I'll lower my doses.
