Beers muddied my heroin high. Didn't know you could mix Kratom and H either, but you sound pretty content, so you must be doing something right.

20mg bupe, 7mg clonazepam taken 9 hours ago. Gonna buy a beer and smoke some kush, debating on whether or not to break into my val stash (only got 170mg, need at least 70mgs for "fun")

not high enough, I wish I had more coke (the drink) and some valium or klonopin, 30-40 or 2 mg respectively. gonna smoke more weed and see where I end up I guess.
 
A small dose of AMT - not tripping, but it is noticeable and quite pleasant. Not really high on it but the mood lift is quite significant.
4mg clonazepam and 30mg temazepam to help me sleep (I don't know if it will work, with my severe insomnia - I am not really missing the sleep though).
25mg hydrocodone to avoid withdrawal.

Oh man, I can barely keep my torso above my knees, catching unexpected nods here and there. It's weird, though, if I tell myself not to nod and focus on what's going on, I can, unlike high dose hydrocodone/Poppy Seed Tea.

I took 1mg suboxone solution sublingually, then took 5mg hydro, then 90 mg DXM for tolerance prevention (hour before). Add 1mg clonazepam, 0.25mg xanax, 30mg vyvanse, 5mg dexedrine, and 5mg valium, along with a lil 300 mg lyrica and 30mg hydroxyzine with a few hash oil dabs, and I can see why a low dose has me destroyed.

I have 160 mcg bupe in a syringe with a broken off needle, I was thinking about dosing it but decided to wait since for the SL dose to kick in since I'm low on subs, and it definitely kicked in. :)

Maybe I'll save the booster to sublingual tomorrow, since I'm running very low on suboxone and paying money I don't have for each strip -_-

wouldn't it be a waste to take hydrocodone(or any opiate) after taking suboxone?hell when i've done that it would always make me real sick. how do you have 160mcg bupe in a syringe?did you get the patchs or is it something you've had mixd up yourself?

i did a shot of nearly a 10th of boi, and a line-sized pile of soft added to the mix.feeling good minus the nausea i get everytime from the soft.

I havent done anything since either Saturday or Sunday I really dont remember at this point but it feels good man. I mean it feels lame right now, but Im just looking forward to the future to keep myself sane.
