Title says it

I have no tolerance to Xanax(tried twice, with low doses) and never tried ambien ever. Got another post about ambien here

I will be doing 10mg of oxycodone(roxi) and wanted to know if it's okay to dose 5mg of ambien or .25-.50 mg of xanax about 4-6 hours after taking the oxycodone?

:D

I would say it would be ok to take oxycodone, and then a small amount - .5mg of xanax 5 hours later.

As far as ambien, I don't have experience on this drug, but I've heard its recreational use explode since it came out.

I would skip the ambien as you might pass out from the oxycodone and xanax alone.

Since it's immediate release Oxycodone there is no problem in taking alprazolam after 4-6 hours. Just to be on the safe side wait the maximum time and take the lowest dose in the sensible margins you've set for yourself.

Basically this. A small dose 4-6 hours later is nothing to worry about, you just have to make sure the oxy won't be taking effect before taking the xanax - so for instance if this were suspended release oxy it would be a different matter.

I count this question to fall asleep at night. Mixing downers isn't safe. Taking .5mg alprazolam 4 hours after 10mg oxycodone, however, can be an exception.
