180 mg oxycodone since this morning (oc 40s and ir's) - has taken care of my pain, which is particularly bad tonight so I'm not hobbling around now and my neck pains gone. If i can keep it under 300 today ill be satisfied (even proud of myself lol).

Just my tolerance is fucking high now :/.

Snorted another OC. Bringing the amount of oxy swimming in my system to 220 making me ready to take my evening nod/nap - if i sit anywhere stationary now I will nod off - it's unavoidable and awesome :)

3mg of alprazolam, 3mg of suboxone (skipped a day yesterday, so sooo needing this dose today - I am having trouble dropping down to just 2mg, not cuz its hard but because being around 2.5-3mg I'm getting a nice buzz thats better than just 2mg), and bowls of weed.

Been smoking mad weed recently again. fire bud and some dank butane oil.

This snow fucked everything up.

My street finally got plowed more than 24 hours after the snow stopped and there's still a bunch of streets that aren't plowed yet. I got my ass out of bed, while WDing, put on snow stuff and shoveled the mound of snow the plows pushed in front of my driveway, just so I could go cop some dope. And cop some dope I did. That was tough.
 
For some mysterious reason my alarm did not go off this morning so I missed the done clinic, they close at 9:00am on weekends.

So I went and copped some dope.
 
Feeling good.

100mg pregabalin, 100mg tramadol, 2.5mg diazepam and a little cannabis vapor.

Edit: make that fkin 460 mgs of oxycodone done today, and i'm writing in my pain level journal this cannot happen ever again yet again.

On a less nihilistic note, I'm quite nod-resistant tonight you'd think after all that I'd be nodded the fuck out but no just feel suuuper euphoric like "feels good man" x 460 (mg).
Got my evening benzos under my tongue - ahh how I love the bitter.

Edit: I took my bp and pulse before taking the benzos ( i don't have a deathwish lol) and they were normal.

Gonna chalk tonight up to a herioc personal record- never to be repeated. EVER. I love having the security of having full boxes of oxycontin 40 mgs too much.

4mg clonazepam, 1/2 fentanyl 100mcg/h patch between my gums, 1000mg propoxyphene and what I think was 120mg codeine but might have been some other opiate is now coming to an end. Feels like a waste though, just knocked me out cold for like 10 hours. I'll skip the benzos next time.

None except it's cheaper. Oh yea well you get to jab yourself with a needle too ofc.
 
finished my last bag early this mornin, then i took 35mgs of oxy and 10mgs of loratab around 3, now its 930 and i just took my last 15mgs of oxy and 10mgs of hydro, hopefully the tagamet and nyquil will help potinate it.
 
had a few of my fav<3 drugs this week just drop by randomly.

wednesday and thursday was spent in a haze of snorted Ped-Egged OP 80s.

and picked up the first heroin i've seen in two years. Was suppose to get a gram but got a .4 HOPEFULllY getting the rest next time. Did two .2 shots today. Got really bad hives both times but didnt think i missed any of my shots. Am i doing something wrong? Heroin is the only drug i dont have IV experience with
