i think its pretty much disrupt the site get warnings, carry on get infracted by a points system issued by senior mods. doesnt really explain if the beahviour is by mods though so ill just assume thats the case.

Adam: As far as I recall mods get treated the same as anybody else when it comes to rulebreaking. They might have more chance to explain themselves than other BLers though as they're in regular contact with other staff usually. Any serious outbreak of rule-breaking (or accusations of rule-breaking) would be dealt with just as seriously as it would with anybody else. I certainly got a bollocking from senior staff on at least on occasion when I was a mod. No infractions but had to explain my actions and apologise if necessary.

Actually I was a smod when I got a bollocking now you mention it. Don't recall what it was for exactly though. Think I had a bit of a running "issue" with a member and let it get too public or summat. But ya, BLUA applies to everyone staff or not.
