has anyone ever been arrested for having ecstasy?

I've had really close calls but never been arrested, one time when i was leaving a festival with some friends and we were the province over from where I live. As we were just getting on the highway some RCMP pulls us over. I still had about 5 MDMA caps in my pocket, and was coming down hard at the time, started acting all suspicious and nervous as the cop said and searched me.

Well he didn't arrest me but he ended up destroying them and spilling water on them on the ground. Gave me a ticket to appear in court for being a minor and drinking ( I had a beer in my hand while being in a 19+ province while being 18)

Our driver was completely sober thankfully, and he let us all over about 20 mins after we got pulled over. Pretty chill cop as I probably could have got it much worse then I did.

This is NOT intended as legal advice. (mods feel free to delete if needed) As someone very familiar with the legal system (not criminal defense) if I had a pending case with serious charges I would not comment about it to anyone or anywhere. A post on a message board is an admission that likely is very admissible as probative evidence against you in trial.

You would be blown away by how many people get fucked because they brag about shit on the Internet. The DA and the cops all know what google is.

IMO this thread serves no HR purpose and could lead to serious problems.
 
Agreed, was hoping it wasn't going to turn into a massive dick sizing event but it has done, and more.
