Rolling near parents

So this is me and my friends dilema. My parents are picking me and a couple friends up after a rave. Normally we have a sober person in our group to drive us home but he cant come, and taxi prices are ridiculous in my town and it is 30 minutes away from the place we are crashing at. It starts at 9pm ends at 2am so it is gonna be a short one. Anyways, I know that trying to hide it will kill the roll, but do you think it will be pretty noticeable? Or do you think me and my friends should just skip this one and go to the woods near my house and roll? BTW we are gonna be dosing at about 150 mg's each. Thanks in advance guys! This is gonna be an AMAZING rave so we really don't wanna miss it

This rave is gonna be probably the best of the year. I also know one of the people DJ'ing. What I'm mainly asking is how likely we would be able to pull this off. And if you guys think just like the get-together would still be pretty nice too even without the music :/

not likely IMO. if it was just you...you might have a chance but 3 rolling dudes in a car with a sober parent who probably suspects already you are doing drugs. there is no way they will not know.

parents are not dumb. they know that you are going to a rave no matter how you spin it before hand. they know drugs are going to be there and they will be looking for it.

come on man....no need for that. Its a legit question and there is no harm in him making his own thread about it.

If you do get the mod and you are constantly moving threads to megas and closing things that get answered 1000 times...you might have a really nice, clean looking forum but you will become infamous really quick....you know the power hungry mods that everyone on every forum bitches about all the time? I can see you becoming one mighty quick.

I would like to see this forum running ass efficiently as PD. They have MANY MEGA threads there and they are used in a great way. Once the MEGA threads get up and running, there should be little need for all the moving of threads as the posters will see there is already a place for them to ask their question.


We don't know who will get the position yet, but I would like to see ED running smootly, the way it should be, regardless.

If I DID get it though, I would be sure to make it clear that if anyone ever had a problem with any action I took that I would do my best to resolve it in the fairest way possible through PM.


I'm just saying though, if your question can be answered by one or two people and is not designed to start discussion, it may be better off in the Social Thread. Maybe you did think this deserved it though, and maybe it really does! I'm not perfect.. I've just seen you post quite a few threads lately and wanted to let you know that's semi-frowned upon around here.

I rolled around my mom and even my vice principal when I was in high school... popped the pills in the teachers lounge as I set up for homecoming. It was awesome and stupid but worth it.... you just have to act normal, as much as you can and avoid eye contact. You could all wear sunglasses going to the rave and so when your parents pick you up they won't think anything about it. Also bring gum to chew so they don't question why your jaw won't stop moving... at least gum is an excuse. Either way I say do it... yeah it might be a bad idea but if the raves going to be dope then go! If you get caught at least you already got to enjoy the rave.... and you could always blame it on alcohol and I bet your parents won't question it.

Again act normal!!! Don't sketch yourself out and overthink the situation.

I'd never risk it. Your parents are probably not as naive/ignorant as you think they are. Plus, it means that you'll probably spend the whole rave worrying about whether you'll give yourself away later, which will be a major buzzkill. And why skip the rave if you can't get high there? Save the MDMA for another time and enjoy the rave anyway - if it's as amazing as you say it's going to be, you shouldn't base whether you go or not on if you'll be able to roll there.

I don't know, I feel as if you guys are overthinking this. Hiding the roll isn't that hard... that's why the sunglasses thing would play out smart. Mt friend's wear raybans to raves, so it can be realistic. And if someone has a problem with their jaw they can just wear a bandana over there mouth. Its only a 30 min drive home... make sure to set up something to do after and get keep talking with your parents down to a minimum. My mom knows I use but usually never catches me.. I came home one morning high on mda, k and acid.... I was a mess but I avoided eye contact as best as I could and just went to my room... my jaw was going bizurk... and I still got away with it and she's not stupid. She would have called me out too.

This is the only forum (minus CD) on this site that is only about one drug.. There are NO more original questions to be asked about MDMA which is why the "UTFSE" is not used here.. Your "1 paragraph long" theory is bull, imo. He could have written it in one line.. He could have taken a page to explain it.

When using the search engine.. Threads like this are useful.. rather than asking the same question in another thread where the search engine might not pick it up, might not list it in the top few or the searcher skips over the thread because the title has nothing to do with the question.

ANY topic COULD be answered by a small amount of people.. In just a few hours there have been 16 posts and there IS a discussion going on.. varying opinions, varying answers, varying points of view.

OP.. If you don't want your parents to know.. Don't do it.. They will probably notice. If you do do it.. I suggest putting on your best tired face (you and your friends).. Getting in the car and pretending to be asleep (all of you). Once home get out of the car and make a b-line straight for your bed.. of course.. this will only add suspicion if your parents try and talk to you about ANYTHING.

Why can't you all walk back? Taking MDMA and going for along walks was one of my favourite things to do

Ha, if my folks saw me wearing sunglasses at night, they'd be onto me in a second. I don't think I ever came home high while I still lived with my parents - my dad has used just about every drug I have (and more, no doubt), so there'd be no hiding it.

But if they leave with them on sober they can getaway with it.... just say it's the new in thing... well actually tona of guys do wear raybans at raves. And I pay for rent anyways, it is my apartment so even if I got caught I would of been like w/e bro. I don't know, still up to whatever the op feels comfortable with and whether or not his friend's can also keep their cool

lol.. So a son that has NEVER worn sunglasses is now wearing them at 2am while covering half his face with a bandana AFTER being at a rave, a well known drug filled event, will go down no problem? Trust me.. 30 minutes is more than enough time for a suspecting parents to work out SOMETHING isn't right (whether it's how you sound, what you are saying or how you look.. remember - these people have known the OP literally his whole life)

9pm - 2am.. 5 hours is not enough time to sober up. You may think you have but there will be subtle changes that a parent would notice.

Shit even buy some gloves and your bros can all go wearing the same bandanas and you can all wear raybans. Even if you have no idea how to do a lightshow just bullshit to your rents that you guys just started doing this. You can take it off at the rave and put it in your backpack if its backpack friendly or keep it on and try to get a chick... I'm sure some girl rolling will swoon over you especially when they think you do lightshows.

And I know its not enough time to sober up... but you can try to keep your cool. The pupils will give it all away though so that's why I suggested sunglasses. If not then you guys are screwed... unless you're into using drugs that will make them smaller (which hopefully your not).

The parents will be looking out for strange things on the OP..

Overthinking? There is a massive chance the parent will notice SOMETHING. For some people, parents finding out about drug use can be horrible horrible experiences.. for both the child and the parent.

And I didn't say it wasn't a big issue if the parents found out... I still however think you guys are overthinking... you're going to cause the op to worry even more and kill what could possibly turn out to be a fun experience. If op thinks he can handle it then I say why not? Just don't overthink it and blow your cover.

Woah, everything you're suggesting sounds more like a giveaway than practical advice. In all honesty, if the parents know that big pupils and gurning are signs of being high, they'll be able to spot the 'tricks' used to hide them.
