Heroin Heroin - This has NEVER happened before.

Ok I'll keep this short and sweet. Has this ever happened to anyone ?

Yesterday this dude went to go score on the street because his man was being a dick. This dude snoked a few lines to make sure the gear was ok and to gauge the strength. This fella I'm on about didn't bother shooting any because he told me he was too tired on teh bus on the way home and well asleep. So anyway he got home smoked loads of lines he said the gear was lovely especially for street.

So this is where the shit hits the fan. This dude I'm on about cooked up a shot filtered it then re cooked it and filtered it again just to be sure because it was after all street gear. The dude shot half to taste, all was ok so in went the rest. Next think he remembers is waking up looking like a string puppet his puppeteir had just dropped in the corner and here's the MOST inportant point im looking for an answer in this post, he couldn't hear a thing! Evertyhing was really muffled, he could bearly, and I mean bearly hear himself clap. Scared him but not much at the time because he was so god damn high.

I don't think it may be have been because he might banged his head because it was in both ears and he doesn't have any bumps or sores on his head.
One other thing, he puked alot, it was a fair does and the vomit was black, any common reasons for that either ?

He should get to a doctor ASAP. Black vomit is a sign of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, probably due to the heroin he's been taking and fucking his bowels up with.
 
Yeah hospital asap.

Would this be from the usual opiate effect on digestion causing the constipation. Or something else. Im just thinking in line with my experiences, which effected the upper digestive tract from the mouth down. Or does this only effect the stomach and bowels?

To be honest he is just chipping at the moment so no constipation. I told him that his puke was probably black because all he had to eat and drink that day was a sandwich and a can of coke, i was putting the blackness of the coke down to the blackness of the puke. But, it was very black and the food and drink had been consumed hour before the IV H, I know H keeps crap in your stomach for an eternity but not six plus hours. Didn't look like blood, it wasn't bright or dark like old blood and wasn't clotted, just like he had eaten fuckin' macdonalds and washed it down with a tin of paint. I'm sure if he was bleeding then he wouldn't he be experiencing some discomfort today ?


Anyone got any ideas about the total lost of hearing ? Now that was mental.
 
GHB added to gear ? Is that possible ? Can you smoke GHB, sorry It's never had any appeal to the dude.

Yeah I'd say that's what happened with the hearing alright. Managed to move into the chair for an and nod our for another 4 hours then to the floor for another 4. He lay so oddly on different parts of his body feels like he's had the shit kicked out of him, 8) .
 
that does sound like ghb was added that can make you sick and your body does not function as it should but generally this is just a short term affect these dealers do not give a fuck about our health they are the lowest of the low
