My bad. Thought you were taking the piss. =D

Half my stash are in an old coffee tin, which means they now taste of nasty bitter coffee. Lesson learned. Everything will remain in blisters from now on.
 
wrap them in cling film and put them in a sealed baggie - basically you dont want air gettin in as then there will be moisture. In blisters they last for evah. fuck im still posting and not got me gear out byeeeeeeeeee

She's my 'family doctor' I'm pretty used to and can speak openly with, but for some reason she went hard-ass on me this time (previously I've been able to suggest various different drugs without any kind of suspicion as she knows I've been on them before and know quite a bit about them). I'm calling her back and asking if I can at least bump the dose up to 15mg. If she says no I may go to another doctor, but I'd rather not.

I first presented an 8 week taper where the first week I'd take 20mg, then 15, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, and then none - and that wasn't aggressive enough a taper for her.

I am having a manifestly shit time, lorazepam produces awful withdrawals and I'm suddenly on half my previous dose, on a benzo which I subjectively find a little weaker than its number on the equivalency charts would suggest.

Called her today; told her that with 10mg per day I was still feeling withdrawal symptoms, inclulding considerable anxiety and difficulty sleeping as well as muscle spasms. I conservatively asked if I could take 15mg, to which she replied that it probably won't be enough. So now I'm prescribed 20mg per day, and she did say I can take 30mg if 20 still doesn't do it.

No need to see a different doctor, all is well. :)
 
Sweet, ya get the extra 10mg PRN/use when needed? Cause itd be tempting if you had a big extra tub of them to binge, glad to hear its worked out for ya though

I've gone on plenty of binges with big tubs before but I think I've learned my lesson now and am determined to taper. Also, I don't find diazepam a particularly recreational benzo (by benzo standards, which are not very recreational to begin with) so I doubt it'll be a problem.

In Finland it's kinda strange how they can only sell the drugs in the original package sizes. Most come in either a variety of sizes or a reasonable one (eg. 30x10mg diazepam, 30x20mg temazepam), but for clonazepam, the sizes are ridiculous, and there is no way a doctor can prescribe you any less than the full amount. There are two package sizes:
150 x 0,5mg
100 x 2mg

That's the equivalent of 150 and 400 of those 10mg Valium pills.

I went on a bit of a stupidity spree with one of those 100 pill bottles once. Nothing too bad happened, but I did make a right fool of myself and waste a metric shit ton of money.

It's the same in Portugal & Spain . They will never split a box . Most boxes in Spain are 30 well the most popular which are Kern .
In Portugal it's Ratiopharm n they come in boxes of 60 .
Never have i had one split .

I find it a bit strange. Over here they'll split boxes all the time. I've been given as little as 5 pills at a time. Usually they'll only give you hypnotics for two weeks (and only enough to eat on 4 days/week) after which they're very reluctant to prescribe them. Anxiolytics they'll prescribe for longer time periods, but will usually only give you two weeks' medication, sometimes a month's worth.

Where the U.K ?

I've had a script for various benzo's for the last 17 years constantly despite correct practise . I get mine weekly . The most i ever got was 84x 10mg Diazepam dispensed in 24/24/36 mon/weds/Friday & 280ml of Temazepam elixir that's equivalent of 56x10mg tablets dispensed weekly . I was only in my early 20s as well .
Over the years i have managed to reduce down to 42x 5mg diaz a week & 210ml of Nitrazepam liquid a week that's 21/5mg tablets .

If i knew how over prescribed i was being at the time i would of had a case against the GMC for dangerous & irresopnsible prescribing of Controlled Drugs

Just sampled some of this flubromazepam, 4mg. It's actually really nice, just like backroll has been saying. Actually feels properly uplifting, unlike etizolam, and apparently it shouldn't have the same risk of blackout.

I'll be taking it easy with this one though :| also it's fucking pricey.
 
2mg Clonaz going about here, might give them a bash but can see that one ending in a blackout.
