Total over the course of the day:
300mg tramadol parachuted
300mg tramadol XR
60mg bromazepam

(I got new toys today, I had to play with them hardcore. Tomorrow I'm going for a normal dose of each medication. ;))

/e: I'm nodding my ass of btw. Bromazepam is such a golden potentiator, I forgot how fucking great it is. =D ;)

mmmmmmm, injected 200mg morphine sulphate
plugged a further 100mg morphine sulphate after booting up
30mg valium taken orally on my short drive home from the pharmacy.

i am feeling on top of the world now and the shits have cleared up from my stomach bug i've had going on 48 hours. and not having a shot for a few days was enough time to reset my tolerance in the short term where i got hit hard as hell. i was rushing by the time half the shot was in so i had to concentrate on getting the last bit in, and the valium had just started hitting which caught me off guard so took it extremely slow.

a beer would be awesome right now no joking. it's only 1030 and already 31 degrees celsius and burning up like a motherfucker so icy cold brews would be an absolute treat :D

time for a cigarette and milk coffee now that i've down breakfast - which was the bomb-fucking-diggity!
 
For the day:

I'm up to 4 bags of heroin
4 spliffs nice sized spliffs, each with about 25% marijuana and 75% tobacco (it's nice and mellow, rolling them is fun & relaxing while on dope, lol)
4mg of klonopin

and debating whether i should dig into this gram of molly crystals i have now or wait for a better time but im such a fucking fiend lol

btw, what up DC, it's been a while, what did i miss?? lol
 
^ have you ever mixed MDMA and herioin/opioids before? it's really rather quite lush and a beautiful high if yiu're not too doped out. one of my most memorable and euphoric high's i've ever produced has been from and MDMA pill while sucking on a fent batch bucally. a little bit of weed on top is the icing on the cake:D

i'd recommend it but wouldn't want to be too doped up which would take away a bit from the molly.

what's up? nothing much, just cleaning up around the place after the floods here - we had some water run through our place again this year after the recent floods :| otherwise kickin back waiting for a friend to drop around and chill out with today, just BL'ing it up in the mean time.

^^ I haven't mixed the 2 together before -- in fact, this will only be my 3rd time using MDMA. the last 2 times was just mdma and marijuana edibles/benzos on the come down... i am not too doped out as to where I am nodding; I feel quite alert.

I may wait a couple of hours to dose the molly so the heroin wears off a bit more... the only thing is I'd be using by myself because my girlfriend is sick and i don't want anything bad to happen to her... i think she has the flu or a very sever upper respiratory infection, at the very least... she's been running a fever as well ;\ but i mean im sure she'd be great company :D
 
I'm high as a kite and nodding like hell from the 60mg bromazepam en 600mg tramadol I've taken earlire. It's been a long time I've been this high off (semi-)synthetic opioids.

Disclaimer: 60mg bromazepam is a very high dose. Do not take this kind of dose ever. You should also never exceed 400mg tramadol pet 24hours.

Oh yes, I'm feeling fucking fantastic!!!

yeah, i'd hold out a few hours as well, close to baseline at least and then dose. for best results i'd recommend taking around a 120-140mg dose of the molly then about an hour to two after the peak have a bag and see how that goes, if needed bump a little bit more.

if ya gf is around dosing alone won't be that bad as you'd have her for some company anyway. it's a combo that's pretty fun by yourself but of course always better with someone else so you can chew their ear off. in your case you get all over your gf is she's not too sick and up for some snuggling, ya know? probably wouldn't be kissing her to avoid catching whatever she's got hehe:)

I would wait friend. From my (vast) experience, even low doses of opiates can really interfere with a roll. I would wait a few days and make sure you only take enough dope to not be sick. Even just 10mg of Vicodin at the tail end of a roll killed any afterglow and I really regretted it.

Also, I hope you tested it man! NYC is notorious for bunk MDMA powder and pills. Good luck and have fun ;)

Well, the amount of bromazepam I took could be dangerous for non tolerant users in combination with tramadol. If I'm on a safe amount of something I wouldn't mention it ofc. :D Where have you been btw? I miss seeing you around here! (I actually started typing this post last night but I nodded out while doing so, lol.. :D )

Ot: Just woke up, about to pop 200mg tramadol, 12mg bromazepam and 500mg apap because of this headache. %)
 
60 mgs oxy ir, mmmmm.

Running out of oxy eeek. Am fetching and taking my mother to her pain management specialist (quite far away) to be paid in oxy hopefully enough to tide me over till my next rx, #painpatientrxjunkie problems...
 
There's nothing like waking up to oxy in the morning. God damn it makes the day so fucking perfect. Especially since I've actually broken my habit, gone through the withdrawals and what not. But I've basically figured a better way for me to control my "chipping" so that I don't end up on 240mg/day like I was last year. I only got two doses, so tomorrow morning will be my last time using for at least 2 weeks. That's what I'm aiming for. Use for 2 days every 2 - 3 weeks (or heck, maybe 2 days a month).

But anyways. I cut up up 100mg of the Oxy Neos and swallowed the little bits at 7:36am (it's 7:51am currently). So by 8:36am I'll load up a nice bowl (haven't really been smoking weed in the past 2 weeks so I got 0.5g of some bomb kush that should last me quite some time) and then nod out to a cig.

Also, I'm currently watching "Call For Help" on G4TechTV right now. For some reason, I love watching Leo Laporte (the host) when I'm on oxy/waiting for it to kick in. Coming up next is EP Daily, then Reviews On The Run (Scott C Jones is fucking HILARIOUS, and Victor Lucas is just brilliant), then at 9:00am it's back to Leo Laporte with "The Lab with Leo Laporte" :). I really wish that the show didn't get cancelled. I know he still does his Twit.tv shows, but I don't know, they just aren't the same.

Edit: I smoked that bowl and nodded hard while smoking that cig. Feel so fucking good right now
