You need to understand that an amphetamine is a small molecule, far too simple to be more than a key. It just lets you access your frontal lobes...it does no magic trick or make rabbits appear. Imagine your brain as a huge villa, with a living room, upper bedroom, guest room etc. and you never leave the basement. So, all of a sudden when you start getting the keys and start using the other rooms, each has a different feel. When you say you are addicted to amphetamines you're saying you are addicted to being in your frontal lobes.

You are creating your own symtoms because of worry or guilt or whatever. Mind over matter, you've used amphs recreationally for a few months. You are fine man, you're psyching yourself out.

When the woman you love sucks your penis for 3 months, are you not going to become addicted to her? And if after 3 months she leaves you, are you not going to get depressed, sad, suicidal? I know a friend like that who has been with a chick for 2 years. They broke up for 5 years, and for 5 years he has been sitting at home, depressed and completelly collapsed. He could not live without getting his penis sucked. So when you think about it, the most addicting drug is relationships...ban couples!

The problem is not you falling in love, using a drug, winning the lotto etc. it's you getting used to a higher form of existence, so when you reach that peak and then fall down, you will get depressed, anyone would. If I give you a Bugatti and say it's yours, I let you drive it for 3 months, and then I take it away from you, get your ass back into a bus. Would you not get depressed? After getting used to driving around picking up chicks and stuff, and now you have to take the bus? It's depressing! You need to see the truth as it is.
