Just been looking around on different sites & the difference is huge.
I have seen some going from £20 up to £220, I have some order coming to me for some stuff you really can't judge by eye.

Anyone give me a good idea of a type thats not too expensive but will do a decent job.
tbh I am not keen to get some for £20 as they may not be correct & what they may read as 30mg may well in reality be 35mg +

MOD'S - If this is classed as a "source" thread please just remove it but don't ban me, personally I can't see how this breaks any BL rules but if it does just close the thread but please do not ban me.

I have a set of these:

'HA-20 Digital Scales 0.001g'

You can get them for around £20-£25 online. They're absolutely fine for typical weighing scenarios. Perhaps not so good for getting your 1mg etizolam from 100mg of powder. You'd need to dig in to your savings a bit for something truly accurate to 0.001mg every time.

Same, since the cops took my Acculab VIC123 . Pretty fucking accurate and reliable given the price.

I've used it for 2-C drugs =D I'm still alive.

Just be careful to zero it properly, and that you don't fuck up when trying to weigh it. Human error is a greater threat to your health than mechanical error.

Lol shup :sus:

Incase you missed it:

So those would be fine to weigh some 2-C......

What do you mean "2-C"? 2-Cx probably fine, 2-Cx-NBOMe probably not fine unless you're dissolving and dosing volumetrically.

Unless you're Ceres, a Speak-Ur-Weight and he's away.

I'd imagine eyeballing 1mg goes along the lines of 'Found a single grain of drug. 1mg'.

for the purposes of curiosity, not dosing - if you want to get an idea of what a given weight of a chemical looks like, dissolve an amount you can weigh with confidence in a dry, reasonably volatile solvent at a high concentration (factoring in the margin of error you expect from your scales) and use something like a microlitre syringe or a fixed volume microcapillary to precisely measure the volume of the solution that would have that weight of chemical in it, then drop it onto a piece of clean glass and let it evaporate completely. Then scrape it up and powder it back to the same consistency as the rest of the material it came from.

microlitre syringe

same thing used for IM?......

I have no idea where to get all the stuff you posted Ceres, that's what gets me about the PD & AD section of this forum, though some are without question chemists along the Shulgin line alot of us here are not & have no idea where to begin with that kind of thing.
