7 bags of phillys finest and it was cold as hell going there dope sick.but some suboxone i took half blocked it but defintely feel alot better./

that was my contention for the most part until i did really good tar....its just different...dirty..yes...potent..can be absolutely! but after you cook it down you get a nice golden brown shot of loveliness. for years i thought tar waas crap and wouldnt touch it cuz everytime i did it i hardly even got me well much less get high....then the mexicans came and undersold all the b.d. assholes from chicago with the good powder, and they came with super potent, super cheap dope. this last habbit was my first actual tar habbit, i caught it in 2010 when i just got out after doin a couple years, when i got out i was homeless and life seemed pointless so i started fuckin with this tar and let me tell you, if you like opiates you would like this tar..it does have a kinda extra itchy feeling to it and the histamine/pins and needles rush is crazy! sorry just had to say this cuz i always had the same thoughts on the subject.....until the mexicans came to town.
 
when i wake up i put my first klonopin under my tongue, often sucking my thumb. then i make sure i have water to drink and i take my paxil and smoke a cigarette. maybe a vistaril if i'm feeling whimsicial and role play-ey lol

I have a full script of Vistaril that I havent even touched in nearly a year. Anti-histamines for sleep aid are completely worthless to me haha. Ill take my Quetiapine and the crazy dreams, tyvm.

the tar down here in the Lou looks gross. I tried it in the form of gunpowder that's about it. our #4 powder down here is better than any tar going around the area. and yeah the pins and needles from tar had me scratching so much. makin Me itch thinking about it.

haha, yeah thats how it was here for the longest, the tar sucked , the powder was amazing, seriously, where i live we get a mix of brown or white powder all of it great but this tar came super potent and super cheap! pretty much everyone i know made the switch...really no bull shit..its just economically a better bang for your buck! which to a junky is pretty important(especially a street junky).
 
Got really high on heroin.... woke up at 3pm.... mom told me too look in refrigerator and lol I put my ice cream in there instead of the freezer.
 
its 3:30am and i am waiting to walk to the clinic(opens at 5:30), now its about a mile and a half and the temp? its ten fuckin' below out with a windchill of 35 below...shit! i hate going even once a week is dreadful for some reason, anyway i am smoking cannabis to quell my boredom due to insomnia(and because i love it!) and will be dosing at the clinic in 2 hours whilst shaking off a touch of the frostbite no doubt. i wish there was a cheap effective way to get a safe opiate buzz w/your methadone w/o benzos. ok so i just got back and my bottles have frost lining them...holy shit! 30 below windchill and 10 below straight temp, so i hope that doesnt have an adverse reaction, probably not im sure but this 10 below shit is for the birds as they say.

still bbarred the fuck iout and still feeling the hydro, i can barely even see straight, and wlakibn isnt exacvtly a ppicnbic

its weird, with hydrocodone i aways get nausea that lasts for a long time, but with oxy, nausea only lasts 30 minutes, if I even get nuaseous fron oxt
