Opioids half-life

Hello everyone,
I am fairly interested in the half-life of most mainstream opiates including opanas ir's(which have totally destroyed my tolerance regarding oxycodones :p ). I was thinking maybe some one could throw down a list of what Im talking about, if not I understand. I've searched the forum records and could find nothing on this subject, so maybe someone could help%)

Half-life is going to vary from person to person and also depend on how long you've been taking the drug. Published half-lifes are just the means from the people studied, usually with acute administration. Also I hope you understand half-life and know that it does not correspond to duration of effects?

Anyway, you can normally just Google the drug you are looking for to find out it's half-life. Oxymorphone (Opana) has a posted half-life of 7-10 hrs for example.

Standard half life means nothing with a bottle of white grapefruit juice and some cimetidine
