I'm afraid not, tolerance to serotonergic psychedelics is usually fairly quick to disappear however.
Do you mean 25X-NBOMe drugs in particular? These seem to produce much a faster and more persistent tolerance for whatever reason...

It was 25x in particular, but if something worked for them , then perhaps in general it would work for others. Usually a week is enough to allow for usual dose usual trip. 25X lookslike it needs 2 weeks though

Anyone know why 25x's have the ability to make the tolerance last longer? Anyone try meds like antipsychotics or SSRI's the day after a 25x trip then try dosing 7 days later?

How desperate are you to trip that you are willing to take antipsychotics? Seriously. Sort your life out.

And just in case: no they will not work. Neither will SSRIs.

25i has full affinity for the 5HT-2A receptor which attributes to its high downregulation and tolerance after the trip.
