Benzos Opiates while w/d from benzos

No. I was purchasing them off tge street. My dad has a few librium. Ive read it bad and dangerous to ct but it happened. I feel since im on day2 restartin benzos wood b pointless. Ive been thru opiate wd and had bad experience tapering with suboxone aka tge worst opiate ever.
I feel fucked in the head. Hot cold sweats, when i hit tge cold part i sonetimes tremor or spasm, seems to b goin away it happened on day1. My skin is all like itchy and hot, muscle feel like tgere on fire. No apetite. Feel like im gonna puke w/o gettin near to accually doing it. And my mouth is waterin like a biiitch

Thank for tge help

I took 10mg of oxy and it seems to have subsides almost all of tge symptons or lessend them

Alot of people are saying go to a doctor but not WHY. I can taper..i kno math. So if i have benzo to do so with. Why see a doc? I dont have benzo and i dont plan to taper

from what I've read, day 2 in benzo withdrawal isn't even the tip of the iceberg. Symptoms can peak MONTHS later, and PAWS can last for years. I'd still definitely go see a doctor, tell him your predicament and how you want to stop, and see if you can get set up on a taper program. I've heard benzo withdrawal is the worst of all, even worse than horrible opiate withdrawal, because so much of it is mental and it can last so long, that you end up basically going into a psychosis for months where you can have seizures and even DIE.

Was seeking information on if it wood ease symptOns of wd. Not fix the dependancy problem.

Can u explain WHY i should see a doctor?( besides eyes to watch me 4 seizers)

so you can safely get on a taper plan, and then hop off of the taper at a MUCH lower dose like 1-2mg of valium...

Cold turkey can lead to horror withdrawals, seizures, and death. I think you may also experience Delirium tremens, which sounds like fun :\

Fuck seeing spiders and hearing shit that sounds 100% real but isn't... On top of uncontrollable shaking, and overall feeling like you've lost your mind. I wouldn't chance it.

Did you even read the link I posted?

Ive been thru opiate wd
So why go through it again?

opiates and oxy in perticular is my drug of choice so i feel im also gettin a mental/placebo high cuz im giving my brian "wat it want"
Such a dodgy statement on so many levels.
Not to mention the last 7 words.

Obviously the oxy helped, it's an opiate.

I'm worried about the benzo situation.
You are only in day 3 cold turkey after a 9 month daily habit of diazepam.
Diazepam has a half life of up to 8 days and stays in your system for up to 14 days.
Sorry token, but I think a proper taper would be the way to go, at the moment the oxy is masking the w/d's and they(w/d's) haven't even kicked in yet.

I dont have benzo and i dont plan to taper

Face in palms.

I've tried my best to warn you about the benzo cold-turkey dangers.
The rest is up to you.

Some people seem to be missing this part:
My last dose was 8 days ago.(not3) My wd started yesterday. So is it adivsable to start a taper at this point in tge game
Because you referred to it as "day 2" - generally people use that to mean the number of days since you last took the drug. You meant that you last took Valium 8 days ago but that you only started having noticeable withdrawal symptoms 2 days ago. This is leading to confusion as people are thinking you just stopped the Valium 2 days ago.

My main concern here is that you will just end up back dependent on opioids. When you've been dependent on opioids in the past it is extremely easy to end up back addicted/dependent again. Especially if you are quitting another drug, you can easily just trade one addiction for another.

If it has already been 8 days since you stopped the Valium and you are doing ok, I don't think it's necessary to restart benzos and do a taper - unless your WDs get dramatically worse - just please do call a doctor or go to the ER if it gets too severe. Everyone is so different when it comes to WDs and the length of time and dose at which one was taking the benzo (9 months on Valium is not as long as some people on this forum were addicted to benzos for - someone on high doses for 5 years is going to have a different experience from you) can make a big difference in the severity of WDs as well. So it's hard to predict what it will be like for you. I would really be careful with your opioid usage though and pay attention to how your WDs progress in order to decide if you need medical attention and some point.

As to your question as to what help a doctor could give you, they can give supportive care to make sure you don't die, they could perhaps give you something non-benzo and non-opioid to help with symptoms, and they could give you a controlled benzo taper - I know you don't want to do that but if it's medically necessary at least they could do that.

^^ Damn, only saw the 8 days now.
But I hope my post still helps you to make the right choices.

Good luck.
