I would like to be a mod if only to find out which fuckers said what about me in all the "Ismene must be banned" threads in the mods forum :D

I started that thread and so far have been the sole contributor, apparently everyone else gave up a long time ago:)

I can picture being a mod on here like being a Primary school dinner lady trying to look after a bunch of kids with ADHD all cranked up on MDPV
 
When the candidates put themselves forward, is it only the other mods who get to decide. I think it'd be good if the active members got a vote too.

From what I've see I'd vote for Knock or Shambles for their knowledege and also their abilty to 'get on with' and "engage with" all the different types of people we have on here.

Plus they never seeming to escalate or pour petrol on the fire of any infighting when it goes beyond discussion, and turns into something else that is 'nastier' and based on personal attacks..

I might put myself forwards if another vacancy comes up during one of my 'sabbaticals.' as I would then have enough spare time to commit properly.

I said shambles should go for it earlier, his a really nice guy imo.
He would not get that "Stanford Prison Experiment" vibe someone has on here thats a mod atm
 
Nice idea and I can see where your coming form but that's not the process used.

Anonymity in the application process is absolute, I don't even know who else applied when I did.

I can see all sorts of potential problems with a public election, not least those who people may want may not want to apply, Mr. Shambles has held the position before BTW, although this in no way precludes him from applying.

Who knows what your problem is:? can you lay off the personal attacks on moderators and posters, if you have an issue with the moderation around the place take it up with the Seniour Moderators or admin.....or alternatively find something else to obsess about.

where have I had a "personal attack" on posters?.............Evidence for this I would like to see very much.
since my last "holiday" I have been good on here, not that my ban was just in any way (too much of a PV comedown made Mr X all grumpy so he banned me imo)
Only dealing I had with you atm23 is my erm "Yellow snow" post, ow btw you know what atm is in porn?

I hope someone has PMd Mugz and Spade about this. I personally feel that Cornish would make a good mod.

Alas bluelighters voting would be too much like xfactor - you'd be the popular one until you had to do your first mod job. Then every cunt will hate you haha.

Once all the applications are in the eadd mods vote. The outcome of that is then passed up to senior staff to make the final decision. So its not all down to us.

I'll get the posting stats for the last year up in a min
