Oxycontin + Trazodone = Safe combination?

Is it safe to use Oxycodone and Trazodone together?

Will they Potentiate at all? Or will they cause a negative interaction?

Good question, been wondering if antihistamines potentiate respiratory depression of opioids. Waiting for a qualified answer.

Watch out for the crazy ass nightmares your gonna have and the first few days your gonna sleep real hard and be groggy in the morning (oxy can fix that)

I stopped taking my tramadol a week after it was prescribed cuz I was having nightmares. I was on 100 mg

We're talking about Trazodone NOT Tramadol.

Trazadone can give you nightmares.

Not sure if he accidentally typed tremadol or what but Trazadone can give you nightmares. It's under my understatement that you can mix the two. I have no idea nor have i done it before but seems to be that way when i google it. Good luck.

I take mirtazapine and opioids all the time and I've been wondering if it's dangerous or not. Same applies to trazodone because of the similar mechanism. Still no answer.

I know of Trazodone but never have i heard of Trazadone, i think you have made a spelling mistake.

Honestly the trazodone would dirty the helll out of the opiate high.

I am not qualified to say whether it is a safe or unsafe combo but I can tell you it is a waste of oxy. Trazodone will not potentiate oxycotin but it will make you pass out and miss out on your oxy buzz.
