What have you never been snuggled upto somebody and thought - this leg is getting in the way, I wish I could remove it? You can use the spare leg as a small stand to keep your ashtray/pizza/alarm clock etc on.

It's not a fetish and in no way a kink - so if the porn your talking about highlighted it then I would not like it at all (unless it contained flogging) or a thick layer of cling film and wasps (now that I would pay for).
