Any hints on case of heavy bruxism from some RC mistaked for LSD. The obvious like mechanically protecting your teeth has been done. being a boxer has it's advantages in terms of number of teeth guards you have around What else there is to do, except to keep yourself well hydrated, have a benzo or two and wait for it to wear off? I presume nothing really makes the bruxism wear off any faster than good old patience, right?

LOL..... bad memories for me, with gum anyway, on MDMA gum sounded like a great idea only to have it turn into this awful muck inside of a dry mouth that can be like paste

as long as you have water around gum may or may not be a good idea. I have learned from previous years of MDMA use and abuse that simply holding water in you mouth can help hydrate and lessen the need to grind

Take a magnesium supplement, it will relax your jaw muscles.

Now that it's mentioned, of course, thank you. Going to stock my supplement shelf with magnesium from now on.

Still having somewhat sore sternocleidomastoid muscles.

I always hit a gym for a workout (do that on other days too) before I trip. But lately I've gotten into habit of relaxing in a sauna afterwards. I slowly begin to see that time spent in a sauna and cramps on my face might have a causal correlation ...
