last day of work, drive through some floods then its mashup time. although for some reason i arranged a dentist apointment for tomorrow morning, fuck that, im starting the holiday off with some DMT

Set my alarm half an hour early for a PO visit, came to 45 minutes later, morning cig rolled and still in hand. I'd just been nodding the whole time.

Ah well, fingers crossed the queues are still minimal...
 
The queue was brutal at my local parcel office yesterday, total chaos and only one PO person trying to deal with an endless stream of people, this was around lunch time though.

I've got an SD coming and I'm going nowhere until it arrives, partly to avoid having to go to the parcel office but mostly because said parcel contains some instant motivation:D
 
Aint the sorting office open extra hours for yours? minbe was oipen till half 5 yesterday enabled me to go in and get stuff after work :D, cheers whoever said nod aswel made me snap out of my stuepor and remember i have pasta been cooking for 45 mins :p, wish i had some cheese now lol, ghb + opis = good though

Also y SD package was delivered 3:45pm but i was out so i went and collected it about quarter to 5 from local sorting office sam so the 1pm thing aint really set in stone anymore :D
 
If it's late I believe you can get a refund, mine have always been on time.

If you miss them it can be a 6 hour wait and I've seen people of late at the parcel office and their parcel is still out on the road, I guess the posties are having to work later to get it all done. My sorting office usually stays open to 6pm but it's been 5:30 these last couple of weeks...what's all that about :?

Glad you can stomach the GHB CK, makes me hurl.

If you've uninstalled it then to state the obvious you will need to re-install, what was it that you removed ?
 
When you say 'sound' do you just mean listening to music ? if you have lost all sound that won't be a program it will either be a simple issue like you have muted the sound or such or you may have disabled or uninstalled your sound card.

Bit difficult to diagnose from what you've said so far, what happens when you double click on an MP3 ?
 
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly.

that is the message i got. i did uninstall something last night that had sound in the title
 
It's not an application it's your soundcard, it may be disabled or the driver may need to be reinstalled.

Go to Control Panel and find Device Manager (difficult to give you a step by step) you need to find your sound card in the list it may well have a warning symbol on it, probably best to right click and uninstall it then reboot your machine, it will probably sort itself out on the reboot.

Is it a laptop or a desktop ?

The only ad banner being driven directly from BL is the Inflexxion Survey one anything else will be to do with some Ad/Malware that has gotten into your browser.

Have you tried using a different browser to see of they go away ?

PP - if you still have problems you should be able to get the driver file off the Laptop manufacturers website, it will probably come as an executable so you can just run it and it will hopefully reinstall the sound card and you should be good to go.

Speaking of post, I received a First Class Recorded item that was sent on the 13th this morning after a failed delivery attempt yesterday. It was from the same sender who has subsequently sent me stuff that's arrived in a couple of days at most. It's especially relieving, because had it not arrived I would've been backed into a potentially-expensive and stressful corner I don't want to be backed into.

Sighs of relief and a reminder to myself that this doesn't mean 'extra'.

Did tipping the postie magically make this appear, I wonder? To the unaware, it could easily have appeared to be a card full of cash.
