can anyone explain this?

ok so at approximately 2:15 p.m. i took 70mg of vyvanse (lysdexamfetamine). at about 3:15 p.m. i took another 70mg of vyvanse. around 5:40 p.m. i took 30mg hydroxyzine. at about 6:45 p.m. i took 20mg of hydrocodone (vicodin, so it had 2000mg total APAP). it is currently about 7:53 p.m. and i dont feel much if any opiate high. this is strange because hydrocodone is stronger for me than most people, while oxycodone is weaker. i have ZERO tolerance to any opiates (several months since i last had any) but i do have a fair tolerance to dextroamphetamine (i take adderall on a daily basis). ive gotten a pretty strong opiate high off of 12.5mg hydrocodone before (taken with the APAP) a while back. hydro peaks right around an hour after ingestion (read this and experienced it), and its been a little over an hour. WHY CANT I FEEL THE OPIATES VERY MUCH? i cant even tell if their doing anything, it feels like it a little bit but nothing like what it should.

ive never had this happen before, and ive speedballed before with oxy and adderall. please can anyone help me? im REALLY disappointed by this and i want to know what i did wrong so i dont waste the rest of the hydro i have...

My first conclusion would be that the Vyvanse masked the effects of the hydrocodone. That's pretty normal.

Everyones body functions differently..you may end up feeling it later..or not at all. I remember when I first started using opiates.. I took 4 750 mg vicodin along with an oxy and didnt feel a thing.. Its possible that you got some fake pills as well..there are too many possibilities to be completely certain.

Yeah, sorry, as debaser said we don't allow pill identification questions here. But you can always Google the pill shape, color and any letters/numbers on it or Google "pill id" or something like that to find websites that let you enter the pill info and will give you potential matches to look at.

I wouldn't assume they were fake pills solely because you didn't feel anything - you were on 140mg of Vyvanse after all.

There is no such thing as 750mg vicodens.. Vicoden comes in 5mg, 7.5mg, and 10mg. You may have meant 7.5mg. Vicoden also contain APAP.

I've had ppl who didn't kno their shit tell me they had 350mg oxycodone lol. I'm always like no u idiot, it's 5mg oxy and 350mg acetaminophen

yeah i looked it up.

trust me i would have felt a massive opiate high from the hydro even with the vyvanse. i have a pretty high amp tolerance. also, in the past, the effects synergize, not cancel each other out.

and to be absolutely sure i took the other 3 pills the next day without anything else and still didnt feel anything. there is no possible way the had even a microgram of hydrocodone in them.

really sucks i was sooo looking forward to a nice opiate high... its been many months since my last one.
