MDMA, introducing it to my friends before new years, got questions

You will feel 60mg in my opinion

Ok that's your opinion. Let's hear Shulgin in Pihkal shall we?

DOSAGE 80-150mg

Go tell Sasha.

and rolling week after week is fine regarding to getting the effects, but not regarding the damage it will cause. Um i don't know how you have taken over 1000 doses of MDMA and say you don't feel ANY different, maybe the change was so gradual that you don't remember how you felt before the MDMA.

Or maybe you are wrong? Fully functional human being here, homeowner, driver, gainfully employed, long-term relationship. And I didn't say I didn't feel any different. I feel a whole lot goddamn better than I would have done if I'd stifled myself the way you people seem to.

Try studying or taking a test even a week after rolling hard, and tell me it isn't more difficult.

It isn't. A week? Man, I can only guess you find studying and tests hard at the best of times. Not a whole week afterwards you say? Well, it would be insane to attempt it wouldn't it?

but as far as brain changes, it definitely causes that. I don't want people to get the idea from your reckless posts that you can roll every month for the rest of your life and perform at 100% as if you were sober. That is not the case,

Yes it is.

and i would put money on that.

Go on then. I am not just talking from my own perspective. Remember, my g/f did most of these E's with me. She's a pretty damn well-respected teacher of children with severe learning disabilities btw.

You may not feel it (although most do), but go take some of those brain scans and i'm sure they can find neuronal changes.

You being sure of something doesn't make it living proof though does it? Shall I chuck another one in? My g/f enters The Times (posh UK newspaper) crossword competition each year, competes with 500 of the top brains (well, cryptic crossword brains) in the country.

Just not possible by your reckoning. Maybe you need to reckon some more?

Sorry i'm trying to be a preacher but i just don't want people making threads on here saying HELP i don't feel right, im experiencing this.. and this. and this. It's not fun recovering from MDMA neurotoxicity so i'd rather prevent it.

All you get on here is threads saying "Help I don't feel right" or "Help am I going to be alright". A lot of which is unnecessary paranoia about drug-taking fuelled by over-cautious 'advice' from posters here.

I never told anyone in my post to 'do as I do'. What I actually posted was this.

I am not saying this to encourage anyone out there to do as we did. But I am writing it to show the ridiculousness of the 'advice' I've seen in this forum

PS You do know Sasha Shulgin took thousands of doses to test all the drugs he made himself don't you? Do you think Sasha is a brain-damaged senile old groat? Do you?

I think the effects vary on a person to person basis. I have noticed a reduction in my cognitive abilities. I can't knock essays out in an hour anymore, and I sometimes forget what I'm talking about mid sentence. More annoying than anything else, but still heading for a 1:1/2:1 at University :)

Do you ever drink alcohol StrutterGear?

I used to drink every weekend from aged 16-18. Since I went to uni I actually hardly drink at all, as mental as that sounds. Alcohol is no longer my D.O.C haha. Can't even remember the last time I was pissed.

I am getting fucking bladdered over Christmas though... Why do you ask?

because alcohol is far more likely to cause cognitive disfunction, real or perceived, than MDMA

Anyway, you're on for a first, so I don't think you're that impaired ;)

I'm like that but don't know if it's been like that forever (got "ADHD" so yeah I think it's just been all my life) or if it's the MD or the Weed.

Probably a combination. Still doesn't fuss me.

Indeed, which is why I laugh at my mates who think I'm a 'druggie', when they go out binge drinking four times a week on student nights. Id outgrown that before I reached uni unfortunately. Me and my missus eat steak, lamb and shit like that every day instead of going out and drink. Aged before my years... haha.

I have no regrets, I don't worry about what I can and can't do now because as you said I'm still getting top marks. The druggie waster stereotype is bollocks, recreational users don't suddenly lose their job and sit indoors in the dark munching pills all day. How else am I gonna blow off steam better than indulging in chemical delights?

Never forgot what I'm saying mid sentence at uni or work only when I'm talking shit with friends.

I do the Guardian cryptic. I piss on your girlfriend. :p

We do the Guardian cryptic for fun on the (arghhhhhhhh) 'comedown' on a saturday morning. Then we finish it and do more pirate.

And I'm not even joking. :p

And I'm the only one who pisses on my g/f mate. ;)

Fucking same. I thought it was weird and just me.

When I'm at a job interview, having an intellectual discussion, speaking to my grandparents etc. it's like I'm this hyper focused on the ball articulate genius. But when I'm sat chatting shit with my mates (without weed ofc because we all forget shit on weed) I forget what I'm saying halfway through sentences and shit. Or if I'm at home I might walk into a room and be like "why the fuck did I come in here?" when I was just going to get a drink or something, but at work or college I never have that problem.

Maybe we just don't waste brain power on trivial shit.

Haha the exact same, I think it's just a concentration thing. It annoyed me at first because I've always been an adept student and generally intelligent *without trying to sound big headed*. If I'm talking about something that genuinely isn't important then my brain kind of just says "I'm going to stop you there bud..." :)

Where you been hiding lately mate aint seen you post in a while.

Got to admit I've not tried the Times one for years, you get used to the setters, I know the Guardian ones..not personally, I know their style....

My parents read the Telegraph, I think I struggle with that, though i only go to see them a couple of times a year, and am usually pissed up to fuck to cope with the ordeal, and bury my head in the paper pretending to do the crossword.

Oh and I've just realised all this talk of cryptic crosswords ain't going to impress the Americans one little bit. They don't have them. At best they have crosswords full of three and four letter words. Maximum. A bit like The Sun

Wrongo, we get crosswords with compound words and sometimes even whole phrases in 'em. Fun way to spend time with the grandparents.

Ha I've always been a terrible student. If something doesn't interest me it's pretty had for me to pay attention to it (without Ritalin).

I've not been anywhere really, just might not have been posting as much. I waste far too much time on forums I think I've just been trying to stop procrastinating. Got a job sorted for Jan and everything else is all sorted so now all there is to do is to smoke weed.
