Can you get frequent nosebleeds from snorting meth or cocaine

Anything you stick up your nose will make it bleed eventually.
The more caustic the substance generally the worse the nosebleed (and the quicker it will generally come on).
I would consider alternative ROAs for a while if this is becoming regular.

Yes, snorting drugs can cause nosebleeds, especially coke. If this is happening take a break! Rinse your nose with saline and gently apply a thin layer of antibiotic ointment with a clean Q-tip. Don't snort anything until it heals. Snorting coke and not letting your nose heal can lead to bad complications, like a hole between your nostrils.
I'm hoping you don't mean literally.

Ewww! I'm glad I haven't experienced the fecal odor side effect. Actually I've always avoided the snorting/railing of anything. It just seems unpleasant to me. For the same reason you won't catch me with a needle...it's just not my idea of fun. For me no high is worth it. I wanna' stab the doctors back when they stab me with one.
when you snort shit, make sliim and short lines. dont do a fat ass line at once, that is how you fuck your nose up!!! make sure to switch nostrils during the line. for instance if you had a small line, you would snort half of it with the first, and half to the second. when you snort it is not really inhaling IME. to do hise you have to ddo a slow-medium pace the only way i can describe this is when you smoke a cigar , you just bring the smoke into your mouth and dont inhale the smoke. for snorting drugs, you just want to bring the drugs into you nose like bringing cigar smoke into your mouth, and do your best to inhale.
^this way is the best way to get the most out of a drug. there is so much cut in shit and binders in plls, there will be binders and fillers and cuts in your dope/pills which coat your nose and dont allow the active substance (drugs) a good opportunity to come into contact with the mucous . if you take it easy, switch nostrils, rinse out your nostrils with filtered water or a saline solution, and take breaks between doing lines. they dont have to be long like 10-15mins. by waiting, you give a chance for binders to be swallowed through drip and/or be washed out. this allows the membranes to be void of gunk blocks, allowing for more active drugs to bind there.

Meth is jagged and sharp so if you snort it you can have nosebleeds very easily. Definitely use a thin layer of polysporin afterwards, apply with q-tip as suggested above. You're probably drying up your nasal passages up pretty badly, you'll want to avoid blowing your nose too hard at any given time and take it easy on putting that stuff up your nose for sure, nosebleeds can be the least of your worries. A hole in your septum (also as suggested above) can result from snorting stuff, so you don't want that to happen. I don't know if you can parachute all that stuff but if you can, I'd say it's worth a shot.

I believe on the principle that you can't go on and on snorting, at some point it will be all cloged and saturated. To fuck your nose to the point of holes it's not in one day, nor 3. It's quite hard but possible. As with the smells, it's secreting pus as the tissues degenerates (mostly by lack of oxygen). Not good.
