First off, I want to apologize if this thread breaks the rules. I hope it doesn't. My buddy lives in the midwest and he says most blotters going around being sold as "acid" aren't real LSD. When placed in the mouth, the blotters have a distinct chemical taste. It actually numbs parts of the mouth. the taste is pretty gross and can cause nausea in some cases. the taste tends to linger. After about 20 or 30 mins he says she's tripping and it usually lasts for quite a while. I have always been under the impression that real LSD has no taste. (its not a mettalic taste, but a nasty chemical taste, i think it could be described as bitter?)

Any ideas what might be on these blotters?

The only known chemicals which cause a numbing sensation and are passed around on blotter as a psychedelic trip are 25(x)-nbome series chemicals. That means most likely 25i-nbome or 25c-nbome. Probably the former.

Do some research because that is what you are getting.

You are correct LSD should have no taste, or sometimes taste slightly metallic. Essentially, no taste. No numbing. And it almost never causes nausea.

Educate your friends! Warn them that this chemical has already killed several people.
