Completely new... almost

Hello! I signed up before but couldn't quite get my head around the forum. Not promising I'll do any better this time around but I think this is where I start. Good morning.. whatever your time zone.
I'm having a little (ha! little!) Norco issue, but again, not sure if this is the correct place to mention this, so if a kindly passing stranger happens upon this post, would you be kind enough to direct me to the correct spot.
