ok soooo i am supposed to graduate in less than 2 weeks but i am freaking out i wont get my final projects done

i am pregnant and having a hard time concentrating among other things.... i want to get these projects done.... but they are sooo out of my comfort zone... worst case scenario i am thinking i could prob get an incomplete grade which basically is an extension

i know it varies by school but i wonder if i would still be able to walk at graduation cuz my fam is coming and all

i shouldnt think like this but i am getting nervous
 
Are you talking about high school or college?

I think you may be on the right track. I would call the proper office and ask if you can take an incomplete and walk without receiving the diploma. You are correct that the rules probably vary by school, but there is nothing wrong with asking.
 
i am about to get my bachelors degree... from a university

i just dont want my parents to hate me and be horribly dissapointed i need their support not resentment... and my mom keeps telling me how she worked full time through her pregnancy ... and i feel overwhelmed with this

i did recieve incompletes from the University once before as i left before the end of the semester to go to rehab... the teachers were very nice about it and i ended up finishing up the final papers/tests/presentations within 6 months and recieved good grades

its frustrating because up until this point i havent had that hard of a time with college and i have recieved almost straight A's and now i feel retarded and stressed and unfocused
 
Someone I know walked the stage at the graduation ceremony but did not receiver the diploma until weeks later. Call your school and inquire there as they will know more about the inner workings of your school.

How many classes is it? If it's one or two, they might let you complete those over the summer. If it's any more than two, I'm not sure what to tell you.
 
Talk to your teacher and academic advisor. But honestly you got a few more weeks then you are done. Knock that shit out! You can do it!!!
 
update...... So here is what I found out.... I can still walk at graduation even with incomplete grades

I had one teacher agree to an incomplete and am waiting to hear more from my other two....

I ended up having to ask all three..... not ideal I know believe me I want this stuff done and over badly too
