Opioids Does oxycodone suck ass or am I using this filter disc wrong?

Yeah, so I can normally inject 10-20mg of oxymorphone and feel all kinds of good.

However, I injected 30mg of oxy this morning expecting to not get as good a buzz as the opana but something close, and was extremely disappointed.

I noticed that the filter discs absorb a bit of water so I run a couple ml through before I run the dope through it. Is this the proper procedure or am I leaving some goodies in the filter disc?

Or am I just expecting too much from the oxy and am spoiled from the opana buzz?

The only thing keeping from injecting this last 15mg pill i have if not wanting to be sick tomorrow.
 
If you inject 10-20mg of oxymorphone 30mg of oxycodone is waaaaay to low of a dose. You'd likely need to inject over 100mg of oxycodone to even come close.
 
Spoiled by the Opana for sure. Also, oxycodone is not a good drug to IV. It has a very high oral BA and lasts longer that way, and IVing it doesn't really produce a rush, and just decreases the duration of the high.

Wheel filters are actually very efficient. They leave the least amount of active ingredient left behind out of all other filters, so no, you are not leaving any goodies behind.
 
Oxycodone orally has an oral BA of 87% already...

No sense in trying to slam it...only plus would be instant onset...

and slamming 10mg of oxymorphone would be equal to eating 200mg of oxycodone w/o figuring for incomplete cross-tolerance...

It's not the filter that's the problem, it's your expectations for the oxycodone being way too high.
 
i disagree i've shot heroin oxymorphone hydromorphone and oxycodone gives me the best rush hydromorphone second oxymorphone 3rd and heroin last not saying that heroin or the others suck just that oxy gives me a better rush
 
like others have said already you just under did it, opana is much stronger than oxycodone not to mention oxycodone it nototrious for not providing much in the way of rushes, but youre not going to get feeling as good even from an equal dose of oxycodone if you expect the high to be comparable to opana. it's that simple

We've had this debate many times here and while some people get a rush from IVing oxycodone, the vast majority of them either don't get any rush, or the one they get is very underwhelming when compared to other opioids/opiates.
 
could be cause your shooting 400mg+ of oxy at a time? do you do equivelent doses of the other opiates. its hard for me to belive anything even bening in the same league as a hydroM rush let alone oxy.

I didn't even bother to read the rest of this thread, because what cloudy said (unfortunately) is the truth (though I want to make it clear, this is only if you use oxymorphone a lot. While its unlikely one would survive shooting 20mg of Opana without a tolerance and still be living.)

When used intravenously, oxymorphone is at least ten times stronger than oxycodone. After two weeks of shooting 50mg of Opana IR a day (10mg injections), I tried to replace one shot of oxymorphone with a 90mg shot of oxycodone, which didn't get me high, but instead just kept the withdrawals away (and not for long at that).
 
You ask subs or oxy to taper. I would choose subs in very small doses. As small as you can bear honestly. You do not want to go from being on H to being on subs at a high dose if your trying to get off. Subs have a longer withdraw than oxy or H.
