Would you have stuck around if you didn't use or enjoy recreational drugs? I mean this place seems to fill the niche of being a go-to place for people seeking help with drug related issues, but what keeps it ticking over and account for almost all the posts is stoners, clubbers, and all round druggies talking and arguing.

I did say that it was purely from personal experience. I have no personal experience of this odd, possibly imaginary, character that lives with you.

The 30+ thing is quite a good point. I have almost no personal experience of 30+ year old drug taking women other than absolute fucking roasters who wouldn't know how to turn on a TV, never mind create an account & type something intelligible on an internet forum. So my experience of female drug users are mainly people between 18 & 30 who are surrounded by males who take more drugs than them & therefore tend to have easier access to drugs (due to knowing more drug dealers etc) & a greater desire to buy drugs so it's just easier for them to get one of "the boys" to sort the night's drugs out. As they get older that will quite possibly change, hence more of the female posters on here being a little bit older.
 
floods have been a pain in the ass, working in the middle of nowhere with a lowered car is a shitter. last week i used a weeks worth of fuel in a day and a half, late for work, etc

know quite a few female drug takers, various ages, none of them would bother with forums though

I started taking speed, and having a puff at 15 or 16 this progressed to e's acid etc but I had a 15 year sabbatical when I was bringing my daughter up.
I came to Bluelight looking for help with my addiction. I've been free of them for a while then
( stoopidly) continued to tangle and untangle myself from Tramadol. I'm also partial to disassociate's and a bit of blow. So I'll have to confess to being one of those 'all round druggies'.. (addictive personality maybe) that you mention.
This place can make me grit my teeth and piss my pants laughing (literally) in the space of an hour. The arguments are sometimes really funny sometimes really vicious.

Its been said several times that eadd is like a soap..

More like a movie.. we had a mutiny the other month.

How about you Tony. What brings you here. Is it something you think you'd like to be a part of? :)

On the gender issue, I suspect there are more girls on here than folks realise. I talk like a bloke most of the time and don't feel the need to mention my tits regularly, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were others.

For a start, why do you not credit women with the capability of judging for themselves whether my apparent seediness and lechery is tongue-in-cheek or not? Are they all brainless damsels powerless to resist the handsome trickster? Bollocks. If that were true I'd be otherwise engaged right now.

Blatently undercover, its always the ones you'd suspect the least. why is the gender ratio a problem anyways tony? +i cant see people seeking information being deterred from signing up from reading social threads where sam maakes an offhand comment, generally people will search for a topic they're interested in, and sign up to post in that topic and add their 2p, maybe stick around maybe not.. i think anyways

In all seriousness though, that's basically what I was getting at. Some folk, often Sam (which is why I think this Tony character is saying what he's saying to him, which I agree with tbh), act like it's the way some of us behave on here that scares off the women. But not him. No, he's totally 100% kidding on & that's apparent to everyone that reads even one of his more creepy posts, so it's fine. Whereas if I simply refer to a female as a bitch I obviously 100% mean it & no-one would ever think that I was just taking the piss.
