NEW to oxymorphone(opana)

Always wanted to take Oxycotin. Have done lortab, narco, ect... occasionally in the past, but not recently....6 months..So got home from getting my Oxycontin and instead I have two 5mg Opana oxymorphone..I've read the info online, but is this the best form of oxy out there? I chewed up one on the way home, with a crown and 7up...and not impressed yet...should I take another, get more...any info would be greatly appreciated! -FISH

Apart from IV'ing, intranasal has a much higher bioavailability than when taken orally.

I'll be honest, 5mg of Opana is basically the same as 10mg of oxycodone but I think is a bit less bioavailability(sp?). It would probably be hard to really catch a buzz on it but who knows. I really don't think it could be dangerous unless you're allergic to it. Enjoy!

From Duragesic to Darvocet (pure garbage) there aren't many PKs out there I haven't taken. And honestly, up until watching Lockup Raw the other night I had never even heard of it.

Man your right! Killed a fifth of crown on the first 5mg I chewed and felt so so, and have transitionally(sp) gone through 15mg more since 10 pm central, 5mg at a time to be safe..guess it's a good outcome in a way...don't have to worry about that first time addiction lol thx for the info guys!
