Im just going to get straight to it. I know what I did was stupid. Well now i know, i should have done some research on ecstasy, molly, MDMA, all that beforehand. But i didn't and here is what happened.

Im 20 years old and i discovered Molly for the first time last saturday. I took it 4 days in a row. This was idiotic I know, please keep snide comments to yourself as i am only looking for help and answers. Each night i poured the powder in a shot of water, for the ingestion method. The first night i did .2 g. It was amazing. Words cant describe how i felt. The next night my friend wanted to do it, and he wanted me to do it with him. At this point i didnt know how dangerous and unhealthy it was to do it in consecutive days, so i did it with him. We both did .2 g's, and a few hours later both took another .2 g's. Which was a waste of MDMA if you ask me. the 3rd night 2 others friends wanted to do it, so me and the friend from the previous night decided to do it with them. This night i took .35 g. The next night they all wanted to do it again, soo feeling braver and wanting to roll super hard, i took .45 g. This was so stupid because now i know you cant really ROLL day after day. It takes time to regenerate your serotonin. I mean the high feels good still, but its nothing like what that first night was. So now ive learned my lesson and i plan to space my rolls out months apart.

But its been 4 days since my last dose of MDMA and im still feeling weird side effects, is this normal? Did i already fuck my brain up? What is going on?

I feel spaced out. Disoriented. Dizzy. Tired. Fatigued. Slightly depressed. Less motivated. And i Just want more. I have more in my room, but im waiting to take it. But the worst thing is.. ive had night terrors the past few nights. not night mares, actual night TERRORS. These dreams are so vivid and frightening i wake up screaming, drenched in sweat, and hitting stuff. Last night i woke up to the sound of me breaking a lamp next to my bed. Is this normal or just a coincidence? It has been so hard for me to get any sleep.

Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

dude please do not take anymore of the substance you have! flush it down the bowl. you need to let your brain heal, do not take that shit anymore it isnt worth it. I think i may have messed myself for good....go check out my thread....who knows if its really or mdma or molly....it could be friggin bathsalts ....thats what happened to me....you need to lay off it, and never do it again....i slipped up and did it a second time and that what did it, my friend gave it to me.....my own friend....and he told me it was MDMA....not worth it dude....

dude i literally just got through reading your thread. prayers up for ya man, good luck and i hope everything turns out good for you!

the damage you did you yourself will most likely heal over time. give yourself at least 6 months to a year before you roll again, and buy a test kit so you know youre taking real mdma. eat healthy and exercise, this will help you recover faster. your symptoms are normal for such severe ecstasy abuse, but they will go away after a while. just take it easy on yourself and respect your body, dont abuse a powerful drug like mdma

agreed with dmytry. so .2 grams is 200 mgs right..that is too high as it is most likely, unless your 300lbs. and you did up to half a gram in a day? with going for four days I would say you did brain damage. The good news it does reverse itself in my opinion and from expirience

Yes you are going to feel different in the head for quite some time id say at least a couple months, the first week being the worse and it slowly gets back to normal. Hopefully this teaches you a lesson and hopefully it does not turn you off to it because it can actually be a goodthing when used correctly. I feel strongly about this subject, I see so many abusers posting and I just shake my head and think geez this makes me sad how people are messing themselves up, this is what happens when people treat this like toys, and in my opinion why it is banned. You need to take a longer break. Now if you had done 120 mgs first time (depending on body weight of course) you could have rolled in another three months and that is out of the question now, id say take a good 6-12 months off, it can only help to take longer breaks. I did some stupid stuff back when I was 19- and 20 , not as extreme as you.

sorry to say your friends were uneducated and they can really hurt themselves by the more is better mentally. You may not be able to convince them; however, you can look after yourself from now on. I am glad you wrote in, because we care about you, well some of us at least, I see some intelligent posting on here as well. I am sorry to hear about this, even though the high is fun, the comedown is unfun, what comes up must come down. The bigger the binge, the hard the crash. doesnt it make more sense to get themost out of a roll with the least side effects, thus doing it onetime every three to six to twelve months, depending on your age tolance, experience. Newbies can get away with doing it every 3-4 months and have better rools than a person who has done it 50 x's , they need to space more often. does any of this make sense? the first time was my best and many people say it is, withut getting too advanced some debate that taking long breaks can make the next timelike the first time and for now well stick to some basic stuff discussion. Taking long breaks is the way to go, if no one understand why , they have comprehension issues.

Thank you everyone for your replies. It has been 6 days since I last took molly. I feel a lot better now. Most of the disorientation, fogginess, fatigue, and body aches are gone now. I haven't had the dreams in 2 nights now. I think im going to be ok, and I think i stopped before i did serious damage. I feel like im recovering quickly and normally. I have spent a lot of time reading up on MDMA, and next time I roll i will have the sufficient knowledge to do so healthily.

Dont worrey too much my friend many of us have been on binges at festivals etc in the 90s and consumed masses of MDMA. Its not safe and ill advised but at your age and after having such little previous history I dont want you to worrey unnecessarily. No snide comments from me. Im not gonna tell you to stop or anything like that just give you my opinion...

Theres a little of the info above I dont agree with so I will fire you my opinion and value any feedback.

Dose analysis:

i did .2 g. If I read this right thats:

200mG night one
200mg + 200mG night two
350mG night three
450mg night four

If we assume a reasonably strong pill averages 100mG then you took about 14 pills over four days. Although this is ill advised I know many who have done this before and therefore we cannot jump to conclusions and assume you have done brain damage. You have clearly over done it and need plenty of time to rest. At this point you neednt assume the worst. Personally I would say brain damage with such little history is very unlikely.

I dont think prayers are needed. This sounds too extreme. I am not saying praying is bad but this indicates to me you are in dire straits and this is not the case.

From your description it sounds like you had some good MDMA so no need to trash what you have.

I dont think you need to quit for good either.

Personally I would not advise weed. I have just come out of hospital and met many people in there who have vaped their mind on weed and is definitely something not to be underestimated.

You are in some kind of recovery period for sure and weed in my opinion is a bad choice for MDMA recovery.

Re the dose you should take for the future is a constant debate but as you are new to MDMA I would strongly recommend low doses to begin with and see how you go. Clearly 200mG was a big hit for your first night perhaps drop this to 80mG and see how you go. Try some preloading techniques and get more hit for a lower dose this is the key ;)

Try this site I have always liked to advice on here. Obviousley do your own research as well.

http://www.rollinballzcrew.com/preload.shtml

Sounds like you have figured it out now for yourself but dont redose on consequitive nights and once you have taken a hit dont keep adding more.

I dont agree with trying to analyise dose according to your body mass. There are many factors involved in the metabolising of drugs including enzyme efficiency / function etc. The best advice for dosing is to try lower doses first and work up. Dont assume I am xxx weight and can therefore take xxx dose this is total nonsense. In the 90s many pills were 60mG only of MDMA and provided many a good night. Dont be fooled by dutch super pills and assume anything sub 200mG is chicken feed.

Thats my 2C..

Good luck.

Just a couple of points to address from an above post:

Newbies can get away with doing it every 3-4 months and have better rools than a person who has done it 50 x's , they need to space more often. does any of this make sense?

Please can you provide a source for this comment as it doesnt make sense to me.

sorry to say your friends were uneducated and they can really hurt themselves by the more is better mentally.

The OPs friends are unlikely uneducated as you acuse but perhaps a little naive to MDMA use.

The sentence you have written here doesnt make complete sense and is gramatically incorrect so to acuse the OPs friends of being uneducated has a kind of irony attached to it ;)

Taking long breaks is the way to go, if no one understand why , they have comprehension issues.

Yes I do agree with you taking long breaks is a good idea but suggesting if you dont understand why you should take long breaks you have comprehension issues is unnecessary.

Understanding the pharmacology of MDMA is a highly complex topic and making sweeping statements like this accusing people of inferior understanding is unnecessary.

We are all on the same side we all have something to share no one here is uneducated, no here is inferior..

whats up first off i hope you feel better man...i like you am new to the whole MDMA experience and know the urge of wanting to keep doing over and over, i've even dreamed about popping a molly at a party(which for me is kinda unusual bcuz my dreams are more abstract and not as pleasurable lol) but just like everyone else suggested you gotta take a long healthy break. a buddy of mines did the same thing you did when he first tried ecstasy, for like two weeks straight he was rollin balls day in and day out. needless to say he ended up not feeling well mentally and physically and on that third week he wasn't the chipper chill dude i always known him to be. long story short after about a week of good soild rest, he began to feel better and started to eat healthy and exercise. i would say it took about 3 or 4 months before he began to feel like himself again, so dont worry(tho im not a doctor) im sure you'll be ok as time goes on(and afterwards he was still able to roll every now and then too)...however be careful man..in your post you said you feel spaced out. Disoriented. Dizzy. Tired. Fatigued. Slightly depressed. Less motivated. And i Just want more..and you didnt mention anything about testing the substance you have...MDMA can be a good thing but only YOU can gage how its impacting your life and hopefully you actually have MDMA...imho i would mos def at least wait a good 6 months to a year before rolling again...i have a couple of friends who took getting high a little too far and ended up out of control with other harder substances...

sure. your energy levels are depleted. you need to take a mutli vitamin and b vitamin, eat a banana, and drink some vegetable juice. go work out at the gym or do something active. welcome back to earth. you're fine.

thank you all for your advice and concern, it has really meant a lot to me! Its been a couple weeks now.. maybe a little more, im not keeping up with time lol. I feel pretty much back to normal! Eating healthy, exercising, and vitamins really helped me out. Im fine, no serious damage was done to my knowledge. Im not going to give up on MDMA. It is such a wonderful drug! I will roll again, but it will be awhile, and when i do, i will do it right!

Thank you everyone! (:

^ Just because you feel fine doesn't mean no damage was done... that's a common mistake ecstasy users make, they think that just because they feel fine they aren't at lowered levels of serotonin.

No, that's just your brain adapting to those lowered levels. It's good that you're feeling better, and you'll continue to improve..... but it's extremely important that you don't fall back into the same problems and go right back to that bad place again!

^^ Brilliant advice above. Of course dont stop taking MDMA but the lower doses and long breaks still apply. Unfortunately you dont feel any damage until its too late. Unfortunately I learnt the hard way.

Good luck glad you are feeling better.

Those seem like fairly standard after effects for the amount you did... I doubt there's any permanent damage. Take a nice 3-6 month break before you do any more, and more importantly, get a test kit so you can be sure of what your ingesting...
