I just wanted to know if there is some way that's practical to be able to smoke or shoot Vicodin with zero chance of killing myself in the proccess.... A CWE doesn't seem to be 100% as far as getting rid of all the APAP and that's nothing you want in your veins or lungs.... I'm aware that Its not common but I have access to 300 5/500 mg hydrocodone tabs and just wondered if it's at all possible? I'd prefer some boy and girl in my rig but Im not complaining about free opiates
 
No, there's no easy process to get a clean injectable solution, nor should you really pursue that route. (it's well absorbed orally/rectally already)
 
Don't IV hydrocodone unless you want to die of pulmonary edema, it's not just the APAP that's a problem.

Theres no reason to use any ROA other than oral.

Well I won't be shooting or freebasing them at all I wasn't going to even if I found a way to do it I'm just fascinated by drugs and I'm a naturally curious person the only things I shoot is boy and girl and that's way better then any pill I have yet to find and iv done every pain killer there is and nothing beats a nice speedball... (I'm NOT condoning or telling anyone to use speedballs)
 
Yeah if you shoot heroin and coke, bothering with hydrocodone in general is probably a waste. However as far as your question goes, I'm not so sure about the freebase (except it would likely still not be as effective as oral), but IV use is dangerous as many others have pointed out in a similar fashion to IV codeine. From those who have injected it, there also doesn't seem to be much advantage, at best, a quicker onset, and other reports have noted no rush (save for lots of pins and needles) and sometimes a nice rash surrounding the spot of injection. If you want a stronger and quicker ROA, try taking it rectally.
 
If you're looking for a quicker onset, try plugging hydrocodone, or, what I do sometimes, take it sublingually.
 
If you have no intention of doing such things, why did you create a thread in this forum to ask about it? You seem to indicate you know the answer already...that its both stupid and dangerous.....

So I ask again, why create a thread for no reason?
 
Am I not allowed to inquire more information on a topic that I'm not 100% on? If someone said "hell yea your good to go shoot the powder crush and add water!" That's 1 persons take on the topic... I like to have multiple takes on a subject and I have yet to hear anyone of doing either of those methods so I wanted to know if was possible without killing yourself
 
When I was a freshmen in high school I watched this kid inject a 5mg vicodin. About 15 minutes afterwards he started complaining of chest pains. Eventually was taken to the ER. Just read the book Junkie by william burroughs. It gives a pretty vivid description of IV codeine, so you can only imagine what IV hydrocodone would be like.
 
i've IV'd hydrocodone a few times, in germany it's called dicodid and comes only in 10mg pills, without the paracetamol.
i must say the IV hydrocodone is fun, but yeah, pulmonary edema is a risk, but from what i read the risk is much lower than with codeine, which i also shot a few times.
still really not recommended, there are better and more potent drugs that don't bear these risks, and shooting pills is always a shit idea unless you micron it.

If you had bothered to use the search engine at the top of the site, you would have found many, many, threads about Hydrocodone use via IV or freebase and the many responses from Bluelighter's about how stupid and unsafe both those ROA's are (including insufflation).

Not to mention the fact you said you weren't even going to use those other routes of administration, your thread seemed pointless and obviously you were too lazy to use the search engine to get your answer.

I am all for harm reduction (why this site exists) and I consistently post here to try and help others to make better/safer decisions with regards to drugs. I am not/was not trying to be hostile...you are obviously a relatively new member so maybe you didn't know another way to get your answers with out creating a new thread.

Either way, hydrocodone is only for oral or rectal administration. Everything else is dangerous and unnecessary.
 
i would love to rail about 130mg of hydro up the nose ,hydro always had a clean noddy dreamy hight for me ,and was insanely euphoric forme that is
 
dude, I won't even snort or plug it, it's oral BA is perfect, and why would you want to smoke/inject something that doesn't even give you a euphoric rush of any sort if it's bioavailability is perfectly fine?

Oral hydrocodone hits you so fast, even in a compressed vicodin/norco tablet form, that it doesn't even make sense to parachute it, imo. I can feel the opioid tingles in less than 10 minutes when I take Hydro orally on an empty stomach, with effects fully kicking in at 20 mins, and a peak from 40-60 min.

Hydrocodone really is the perfect orally dosed opiate, along with oxycodone, compared to the poorly absorbed oral morphine and the finicky and 2D6-dependent codeine.
