RE mxe already being illegal, it was placed under a "temporary ban" at class B. It's only recently been properly scheduled.

It was under a temporary (12 months) ban order. Possession is not currently illegal, only supply. They're now properly adding it to the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Thanks, as i said I was getting it under a different name for months after the "ROFLCOPTER" & Mix Mag hack job piece came out & all these dickheads brought heat on it, as far as I knew it was banned all together.

I am shocked tbh the people in power want to ban these, banning things never worked.

It's particularly annoying because in their report to the home office advising the govt that there should be these new bans, they also said there was 0 deaths in the uk directly attributable to methoxetamine, that there was no significant crime problem associated with it, and it wasn't causing loads of people to end up in A&E. But apparently it can cause Acute Cerebral Toxicity when taken. Which is just another way of saying it temporarily produces an altered state of mind. So it must be banned!

So they want to ban something because it changes the way your mind works for a few hours, so ALL forms of Alcohol should be banned right away.

The sooner we give up on the idea of laws being made through rational thinking the better. That is not the way it works. We all know it's about the voting majority, politicians, in general, do not give a flying fuck what the morally/rationally 'right's thing to do is do they?!!

I guess I'm less angry and more just disappointed in the way politics works these days. Buy hey, i do think that sanity will out in the end - as time goes by more and more are exposed to the truth of things and it's spreading slowly. Eventually votes might actually be won on the basis of sound ideas rather than all this reactionary bullshit.

My missus got a email from a vendor as she was after more DIPT & the guy said they wont be stocking anything after this batch has gone due to the E.U. ban, which was news to me & I am not very happy tbh.

Looks like it's only the K type & not "everything" as I was lead to believe, anyway.............

"Hi XXX thanks for your feedback We will look inot stocking 4-meo-pcp however there is an impending ban which covers most of these chemcals. We are actually working on something similar which will still be legal after this ban comes into effect"

Looks like not all hope is lost yet then, I was told by my missus DIPT was on the list too, looks like I been made a fool of but what's new?.........
