I'd kill for some ketamine. I'd be happy with just a bump of 45-60mg, or a IM dose between 100mg and 175mg.

Also another little shot of heroin would be lovely. wouldn't even need to be that much. Just enough to have the heroin high I'm starting to come down from to go back to the relaxing medium high I was on.

Heroin sounds so good. I'm getting tired of meth due to tolerance, tachyphylaxis, down regulation, or all of the above. I miss being a heroin addict... Well not really, but it's more relaxing than being a meth addict. Plus, heroin is GRRRREAT during the winter, except when you're coming down. lol
