Oh my, I just rememmbered I had posted someesort of nonsensicle tweakerish earlier, and figured I would come back to extend apologies to you all, but seeing as I've bemused at least three of you, you're not getting one anymore.

I dunno if its just me but I seem to like pentedrone more than apvp. Its more rushy atleast. Need more tests to be sure heh.
 
Hey so I just found out that Stadol is a partial antagonist so I shouldn't take oxy with it? If I did a little spray up the nose about 30 minutes ago, how long until I can dose my oxy? I woulda posted a thread but nobody fucking responds cause you're all here fuckin around in the social

Butorphanol exhibits partial agonist and antagonist activity at the μ opioid receptor and agonist activity at the κ opioid receptor.[2] Stimulation of these receptors on central nervous system neurons causes an intracellular inhibition of adenylate cyclase, closing of influx membrane calcium channels, and opening of membrane potassium channels. This leads to hyperpolarization of the cell membrane potential and suppression of action potential transmission of ascending pain pathways. Because of its κ-agonist activity, at analgesic doses butorphanol increases pulmonary arterial pressure and cardiac work. Additionally, κ-agonism can cause dysphoria at therapeutic or supertherapeutic doses; this gives butorphanol a lower potential for abuse than other opioid drugs.

A group of Australian researchers have proposed (based on a 1997 study in rats) that oxycodone, unlike morphine (the effect of which is mediated by μ-opioid receptors), acts on κ-opioid receptors.[16] Further research by this group indicates the drug appears to be a κ2b-opioid agonist.[17] However, this has been disputed, primarily on the basis that oxycodone produces effects typical of μ-opioid agonists.[18]

Research by a Japanese group suggests that the effect of oxycodone is mediated by different receptors in different situations. Specifically, in diabetic mice the κ-opioid receptor appears to be involved in the antinociceptive effects of oxycodone,[19] while in non-diabetic mice the μ1-opioid receptor seems to be primarily responsible for these effects.[20]

You can take oxycodone with it. It is not a competative agonist (like buprenorphine) so you can mix it with other opiates safely.

What's the duration on Stadol like anyway? I've never had a chance to try it.
 
you feel recreational effects for 20 minutes, then theres like a drowsiness that follows for an hour or two.
i'm not a big fan of this particular drug, but it kills my pain beautifully. the buzz is like the opioid version of a whippet (in terms of how dirty the high is), that lasts slightly longer.

and someone told me that if I mixed the two, I would get sick, why would that be??
 
i don't think i'd mix it with anything tbh-
just because you got sick mixing it w/hydro yesterday.
 
^ this is a good point... id save the stadol for days when you have no other opiates, if you have roxi and hydro, take those, and save stadol for WD or something

loolololol <3 i bought L&M ciggs non menthol, i wish i oculd have bought natural american spirits.

i am sooo fucked right now, i took 750 mgs lyrica, 30mgs temazepam, 1mg suboxone, and nw im smoking hella weeds.... i feel soo fucking gucci. this temazepam is wrecking the fuck out of me i feel liek nodding out right now

those look tasty, is that what you smoke? i usually smoke organiz naural american spirits, i know nicotine is carcinogenic and adding the smoking tar makes it super carcinogenic. however, the reason i like american spirits organic is because i LOVE the taste, they have as much tobacco as king sized ciggs and no addiives to make the cig burn faster so they last longer than any ciggs which i <3 i can actually have a full convo with someone because of the duration, and plus i feel less dirty after smoking NAS.

tl;dr version. they last longer, they taste better, and they have no additives. note, this is IMO!

ok so how long should I wait until I dose my oxy? tricomb told me to wait until twice the half life (so 8-14 hours) but that seems like a good fuckin minute haha
