Melbourne Cup day today

I have to go through the intersection where she was hit all the time. The way the police marked the entire intersection, from each drop of blood to each item where it lay after flying out of her purse and her bags, makes the intersection bizarre, colorful, crazy-looking, and distracting. The marks are ALL over, from every corner TO every corner.
If you just drove through there, you might wonder what was going on. There's no way to make any sense of the marks but there are WAY too many to ignore.
I have to find another way to go. Every time I go through that intersection I get horrified.
I see Herb is still keeping the place in order
Raaaaaaargh, you awkward bugger Sconnie! Can't you just have what's on offer? You're as bad as Spork!
*wanders off down two ( yes two, count 'em ) flights of stairs to the kitchen to switch the espresso machine on*
On this occasion I'll forgive you. Forgot I actually had the makings of espresso. Out of milk though so a latte is out the question I'm afraid.
