TDS Photo thread vs. Cheezy Grin!!!

I love it when there's a dump of fluffy, barely wet snow. The way it sticks to newly bare tree branches is just gorgeous.

This is my best friend in the whole world, Jessie. We've been together 6 years and she just got out of jail a week ago, so I hadn't seen her 7 weeks and before that she went missing for a few months which was rather terrifying. But I'm hoping everything is going to work out, we both desperately want it to work and I think that is a good sign. Isn't she HOT?! :)

^Your friend/girlfriend has a very sensual face, Vanweyden. Is the picture of you in the frame a particularly special place to you? (I love lakes, myself, even being an ocean freak).

yesterday as I came out of a shop and was going to get in my car I looked down and saw this clean white envelope in the gutter. I picked it up and it simply had a man's name on the outside and it was sealed. I went back in the shop and asked if there were anyone with that name inside and there wasn't. I opened it and this was inside--a brand new crisp $100.00 dollar bill! The note on it is so sweet and generous and heartfelt and it broke my heart to know that the recipient never even will know about it and the donor is probably frantic since she lost it. I turned it in to the police and I can only hope she thinks to check with them.



If she doesn't, and it comes back to me (in 60 days this is what would happen) I will donate it to our food bank I guess. I can't read the name of the woman on the note. Can anyone else? maybe if I had her name I could put an ad in the paper for her to claim it.

Aaawww, herbavore. Commendations to you for doing the right thing - not that I'd expect anything less from you :)

The swelling on my face has gone down about 50%, but my nose still looks like it is trying to add a 51st state. I'm hoping it eases before my job interview tomorrow.... Also, my friend Fluff Daddy saw a photo opp and literally jumped at it.

my three hundred dollar phone that needs to die. sister and I made as well, as sad as that is. Maybe someday we'll have more than two choices, this lesser or two evils is barely a democracy. That's very thoughtful of you to donate the money to the food bank if it comes down to it, talk about good karma :)

Thanks trip buddy. I somehow picked up a bacterial infection inside one of my nostrils - probably while doing something I shouldn't under a freeway overpass. Incredibly painful.
 
Awwwww Fluff Daddy is an Azrael look alike (or is it the opposite way around? ;)). Either way, he's adorable moe! Black kitties hold such a special place in my heart. <3 :)

And herby, your post made me smile so much. Both you doing the right thing and the letter. I hope you re-read it too, cause the exact same can be said for you. <3

I know. Maybe it's all the mysticism. But it's probably just the contrast between the fluff and the eyes. Our other cat is completely white, speaking of contrast.
