To those that 150mg doesnt affect......

epic how much sunlight do you get?

How often do you drink alcohol?

The 4 months prior to this, i was getting mad sunlight and being as active as possible. Was on your diet (and still am, i dont think that will change) Love the foods!

I drink RARELY maybe once every 2 weeks MAX? Im not much of a drinker thanks to mdma :D

I think ive done methylone twice. Im not 100% certain. Come up come up come up............ AWWWWWWWW. It just doesnt go anywhere, but same with mdma too.

Do you use other drugs? For example, do amphetamines and opiates affect you in any different way?

Could be a liver metabolism issue.

Of else to note, read about ATP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adenosine_triphosphate). There was that one poster here who always used to post very useful information about the dangers and pharmokinetics of ecstasy. He started talking about the way ecstasy affects ATP hydrolosis and, if I remember correctly, he recommended creatine, but I can't find anything online to source that at the moment. Please, if I have stated something wrong, someone correct me, but I figured I would throw this information out there as it could be related.

epic, what is your metabolism like? Would you say your body metabolises drugs fast or would you say slow, and do you eat big meals or many small meals?

not sure what to say about my metabolism. The last time i dropped that good dutchy, i started getting queasy in 30 mins. Effects happened quick. I usually eat around 3 meals a day, and i try to have a fruit in between. Apple or banana all organic.

I smoke weed daily (I didnt smoke weed daily when i started trying E) <-- didnt hit me differently then either.

For me personally, (having tried E before weed) Weed ruined mdma for me in 2 aspects:

1. I get less intense rolls (This is due to me no longer doing high doses i think, 120mg is max ill take nowadays)
2. Anxious comeup, really unbearable for about 5-10 minutes. I wished i had sunglasses at the rave i was at last when i was coming up the lazers and lights was making it worse.

I don't know then epic, im really clueless. Maybe you just have less serotonin to play with?

I am a firm believer that SSRI's cause permanent changes in your brain's serotonin network. When I first tried rolling it was 6 months after I stopped SSRI's, and I felt nothing except for side effects. It has been over 2 years and I still get no-were near as close as fucked up as my friends do who never took SSRI's or other anti-depressants, but I am starting to get a feel for it, but only big doses of pure product give me any feeling at all. I get the openness/empathy slightly, a good body high, but no waves of energy or euphoria. IIRC the euhporic waves iare actually when your brain unleashes a huge amount of your serotonin into your synapses. I think anti-depressants somehow permanently affect the way your synapses work.

I would believe that,

I was on citalopram 20mg , i only took it for 2 weeks i got an out of body experience from it and was even more suicidal and they just was awful to be on urgh.

While i thought this was the case i dont believe it is. If my serotonin was low and i rolled, you would expect a BAD come down and depression due to me not having any, correct? This isnt the case, I have no come downs. Ever. So im not sure about this.

^ this is something id like to delve into a bit more. I took medication for "add" when i was a teen. I only finished one bottle (I believe) and never bought it again. I didnt need it. It was adderall, but adderall isnt an SSRI right? Its simply a mild form of speed?

Sam, let me add you on skype for when i roll at home. Would be hilarious to give you a play by play. :P

Sherm: What dose gets you going then?

Start taking 5-HTP and L-Tyrosine. It will increase the production of serotonin and dopamine. Space your rolls, at least a month.

I'm actually am the complete opposite, but then again I also smoked weed daily before I ever tried E!

But if I DON'T have weed when I roll, I feel much more anxious during the come-up, I can drop then go smoke a hour later and instantly peak after I blow out a hit, when my peak starts to come down I smoke more and I get another 30 minutes of peaking without having to re-dose, and hell every second counts! Also when I am peaking, I fucking love smoking it makes my body numb and eye wiggles get ridiculous sometimes! All around I fucking love having weed around when I roll especially some good oil so you can take a few dabs, and wow it a whole new experience! If I don't have it I feel empty kinda, like I'm missing something from my roll, my roll isn't as intense and am not as social as I would like to be!

I guess its all preference, because people say they get anxious when they smoke, yet I smoke when I'm anxious to calm down!

true, ive come to terms with the fact that im very different, but im know im not the only one. I think i just need more, its like im borderline everytime. And yes, ive been struggling like fuck trying to feel something from this drug.

Dosage is all weight and metabolism and shit. 200mg is not out the question for me and I get nice crystal. Tolerance all comes in, obviously. This doesn't mean you should go crazy on it though, I'd rather abstain than demolish grams like some people I know.
