What was your good deed for the day????

I'm going to treat my mum to lunch / dinner and a few drinks depending on what time she gets home from work. Just go to the restaurant / bar connected to the near bye hotel, food is pretty good. That's my good deed for the day.

I offered a young lady the extra 10p for the bag of crisps she wanted, she refused and bought a cheaper bag instead but I still think it was an intended good deed.

I've been looking after my Mum all week she has been in hospital with a gall stone & was in enuff pain . She is feeling a bit better now .

Good deed same as the other day. My flatmate provided the Stella and I supplied the vallies.
We both ended up crashing out during a DVD we had put on to watch.
Lazy days just can't be beaten.

But here goes anyway,my good deed for today was not allowing myself to get angry and wound up by the jobcentre staff.
Calmness always wins it would seem.

my good deed was lending a mate a tenner on sat, lending him another 10 by accident coz i left my purse in his van ...waiting all week for it, and not going off my head as he paid me back in drugs... there is a time when i would have slashed my arms to bits over something like this...not speaking up for myself, or saying what i'm thinking and being annoyed with myself. fuck it
