I just swallowed half 7.5 mg/ 75mcg per hour watson patch. 50 mg oxy tolerance. Did I take too much?
 
I'm not sure I am reading your post correctly/understanding it right - did you take the entire patch? If so, yeah you took too much and should at least have someone with you. How are you feeling at this point?

Verify exactly how much of the patch you took. You said 7.5 'mg' / 75 'mcg'. That is throwing me off a bit.
 
Yah buddy you did...Seek medical attention now..50mg of oxy would equal 25mcg patch...

Swallowed half the gel from a 7.5 mg
 
You took way to much. Go to the hospital now/call 911. YOU MIGHT DIE! THIS IS NOT A JOKE. CALL 911

Its 75mcg/per HOUR and they last about 3 days. So You ingested multiple mgs of fent which for most people will kill them.

The doses are in the MCG, and you took a dose in MG. Even though fent isn't super active orally (say ~30-35% orally and ~85-90% transdermally), the amount you took is super dangerous

You took way too much, although fentanyl is poorly but variably absorbed via the oral route, and has been linked to many deaths and overdoses.

Bluelight is not an emergency service. Seek medical attention.
