Abandand mental asylum (haunted) and tripping

I've just added dicided I want to spend the night alone ine a haunted abandand mental asylum tripping
I wondering if
A)anyone who has exoerianced this or
B) knows of a trip report in that setting

I plan to park the car a mile or so away and walk to the site with a sleeping bag and just ride it out tripping througt the night.
 
places like these are usually considered private property. Do you really want to risk getting arrested while tripping? Also they're structurally unsound so you're putting yourself in danger cause you're more prone not to notice shit like unstable stair cases when you're tripping. Don't do it
 
You ever read keseys one flew over the cuckoos nest?
I doubt you be able to get in tbh...looney bins are usually pretty tight on security y'know...like big walls, deadlocked doors, fences n stuff.
 
I experienced this 14 years ago. Are you planning on denbigh asylum? It's one of the most decrepid, nauseating, dank, claustophobic and eerie buildings I've ever encountered. There are many in the UK, you'd be surprised. I know of lots of folks who've tripped in these places. It used to be a bit of a fad back in the day. Fun times, but be warned: the stench and surreal decay of these places can etch onto your nasal cavity for years! Like a stinkhorn fungus!

This does not sound like a pleasant setting but if it's really your cup of tea then go for it, I guess. As others have said I think an urban exploration forum would be best able to help you, since I don't think most users here would enjoy this setting.

So people who watch horror movies deserve bad shit? Man, sometimes it's fun to turn up the fear factor. Don't be so quick to judge!

If it's not for you, don't do it, but personally I love this kind of thing. You'd have to pick the right psychedelic for it - some psychedelics + creepy/scary stuff = emotionally traumatised for months, while others will be a great laugh and a fun thrill!

Are you planning on going alone or with friends? I think alone it'd be kind of boring and scary in the wrong ways, with friends you'll have so much fun tripping and scaring the living daylights out of each other :D
 
I would never do it alone though, gymstud. Always safety first! Maybe a small group could split to different areas of the building and use radio comms. The urban exploration forum is a great idea...must be some cool meets going on.

Its hard to walk down into tge pitch black and every fiber of you wants to come out

It would probably be alone but I think it could easily be boaring
Its not something I'm doing any time soon kind of a buket list thing

Might be better in haunted hotel

chillingham castle is supposed to be good for a haunted hotel night. That would be quite good alone - nice big old haunted hotel room to yourself, in safe surroundings...with room service, just in case :) Problem with these dilapidated old mental asylum ruins, you never know if roof's gonna fall in and land on yer head. not great if you're alone. I'd take shrooms for chillingham...conjure up all them fantastic folklore archetypes!
