Mixing Tramadol (150mg) and Codeine (240mg). Question on CWE as well.

I've acquired 150mg of Tramadol. It's four pills, 375mg APAP and 37.5mg Tramadol. I also have 8 Tylenol 3's. I plan on mixing all these tonight. I have a pretty high opiate tolerance, I can go through 40-50 grams of Kratom in a night, and 90+mg Oxycodone in a night. I used to abuse Codeine a lot when I was younger (3-4 years ago) and near the end I would need 700mg to get high. Now that we've established my tolerance level, do you think mixing these two would produce a nice euphoric high?

I just have a few quick questions. I have two ways of doing this, and I'd like opinions on which is more effective.

Option one: Do a cold water extraction on the Tylenol 3', take the four Tramadol pills (1500mg APAP) and drink the Codeine about 30 minutes after.

Option two: Do a cold water extraction on the Tylenol 3' and the Tramadol and drink the mixture all at once.
^---The problem I'm having with this option is that I'm worried as to if the two will be able to be extracted when they're mixed together. Also, could this possibly cause a chain reaction of some sort and create a new chemical or something? I know that sounds retarded but I'm really stoned and I'm thinking of things that could even be slight possibilities.

Also, I plan on drinking Grapefruit Juice beforehand and taking 4000mg Calcium Carbonate 20-30 minutes before ingestion. Will this potentiate the combination at all? I took 32.5mg Diazepam two hours ago as well, so I'm thinking that could either enhance the euphoria or completely block it. I also have Ranitidine. I know it's in the same class as Tagament, would Ranitidine produce the same potentiating effect by activating the liver enzymes?

go with this option, though swap it 'round. dose the codine when you feel the initial effects of the tramadol. to get best effect, stagger the tramadol pills by dosing each around 30mins apart for maximum effects.

taking the wgfj inhibits the metabolism of the codeine, meaning less pronounced effects, though extended high. it's up to you.

the diazepam you have taken prior should add extra sedation to the mix, probably a good thing given your current tolerance.

I did read that repeated dosing increases bioavailability, but taking four over two hours... Wouldn't that kind of decrease the effects as opposed to taking a full 150mg at once?
 
Interesting. So should I start dosing now? Take 4000mg Calcium Carbonate, wait 20, take one, take another 20 mins later, another 20 mins later, etc? Or 30? I just want to get THE MOST euphoria possible from this combo.
 
i've no clue about the possible potentiating properties of calcium carbonate so, yeah, go for it if it's good. otherwise, yeah, sounds like a good plan of attack.

I just got four more Tramadol pills and more Tylenol 3s. I've taken three so far, I plan on putting the next 5 in the CWE with the Tylenol 3's. Would this work? Is 300mg Tramadol and 400mg Codeine too much considering my tolerance?
 
i can't guaruntee anything. but i would suggest just titrating your doses until you find the comfortable spot.

tramadol is a unique high in itself so is difficult to compare and judge comparison to oxy, which you're familiar with. just don't dose over the 400mg mark of tramadol which is the seizure threshold mark.
 
So taking the Codeine and Tramadol should be safe right? I'm only taking 300mg Tramadol total, plus I took 32.5mg Diazepam 5 hours ago which raises the seizure threshold.
 
ehh, well they are both metabolized through 2D6 which only makes up around 19% of the cytochrome 450 family. if you are a fast metabolizer, then you experience moderate-good effects if you dont have a tolerance, maybe a strong high if your liver is really pro. on the other hand, if you are a slow metabolized, it won;t be as strong.
 
I know this isn't very helpful, but...dude Tramadol sucks! I've always been a little wary of this drug, just based on how it makes me feel ALONE. It makes me feel jittery and is never the opiate nod I wish it would be. Personally, I'd never mix anything with it unless I could be 100% certain that it was safe. That said, what tentram said about staggering is def essential ↓
