Mirtazapine...why would they give this to a depressed person?

^You basically just profiled an anti-psychotic. And there are many kinds of clinical "antidepressants"; I can tell you that most not-depressed people would feel some euphoria off Bupropion.

Both drugs have complex pharmacological mechanisms that overlap, but one isn't just a stronger version of another.

are you kidding me, euphoria from wellbutrin?

I can't exactly tell you from experience but many reports say snorting wellbutrin gives euphoria, it's not that farfetched seeing as how it's a DRI and most people who do don't have a stimulant tolerance to begin with. It's a heroin user being in shock that a new opiate user gets euphoria off of 20mg hydrocodone.

I've heard people getting euphoria from Bupropion. I'd say that's the only exception considering how it works differently than SSRIs, though i still rarely ever hear that people like it.
Then again I also rarely hear of people that arn't depressed taking anti depressants. =p

You would be surprised at the amount of people that aren't depressed that take them.
