I am also enjoying a trippy phenethylamine-induced headspace right now too. Finally got some time to relax, and I'm spending it on 32 mg of 2C-C. Very subtle, but very nice.

I wonder if there's any good in redosing? Or will it just prolong rather than intensify?

It's weird. I don't enjoy listening to music nearly as much as I used to when I was younger, even though the music I listen to now is much higher quality.

I feel like, unlike a lot of other recreational activities, music is not a fun distraction from the rest of your life, but it is quite the opposite - it is self-reflective, and allows you to see deep into yourself. And as I've grown older, my past has been inevitably blemished by negativity, which comes right to the surface when I listen to music. When I was younger, music was showing me the blank slate of youth: only possibility, and anticipation of great things to come. Now, music is reflecting a darker history. And it's just not all that fun.

Hah. Not to sound pessimistic or depressive. I am actually feeling rather positive and optimistic right now, in general.

This substance has me contemplating music too. I've noticed a world of difference since switching from 90's rave tunes to Jimi Hendrix, completely changed the characteristic of the trip, and I think while this is an obvious occurence with psychedelics, too many of us don't notice how much the music we listen to affects us in our daily lives. It's why I try to keep all the music I listen to uplifting and happy, even if I'm in complete despair. It really does make a difference.

This is really a pleasant compound and I can't wait to share my trip report once it's done

However, there must be a reason that such a wide extent of "negative" music exists. In fact, I think that the musical expression of negative emotions is a greater preponderance than music expressing joy. Hell, there's a whole genre of music called the "blues".

Perhaps this musical catharsis of negativity is actually more therapeutic than overtly positive music?

I sort of fit blues into the positive category, I think I should have made myself more clear that when I say negative music I mean music with a negative outlook. For example, some of the best cheer up songs for me are Beatles songs like Help - it's not a happy song, it's a cry for help, but it's one done in a positive manner, and with a cheery funky rhythm to it too :D

I'm probably not doing my explanation justice here. I'm getting tired. Tonight's been a rather healing trip though, and I hope to explore 3C-P again the future.

Going back to a job that I worked for 6 fuckin years..I'm only 20 years old. Apparently after 90 days I get a company paid iphone and a dollar raise at 30 days. I'ma have to make it clear this isn't permanent. No adventurous 20 year old should work one retail job for his entire youth. Nuh uh.

i like autumn. its such a colorful season. but what i dont liek about it is the absurdly cold mornings in contrast with the rest of the day. i have to get into full winter gear at 7am only to return home in a tshirt at 8pm.

I had a nice week of firsts. On Thursday I plugged and ate some 4-meo-pcp. On Friday I had an amazing mind blowing trip on 4-ho-det. I was sitting on the beach at night and got so lost in the visuals and my mind like a dmt trip. I think the afterglow from the 4-meo-pcp intencified the trip. Today I vaped some 4-aco-det. It was nice but I think my tolerence from the 4-ho-det effected the trip. It was not strong but still nice. I will wait until next weekend and try a nice oral of the 4-aco-det instead of vaping it.

dissociative afterglows *definitely* intensify 5HT-2A trips. some of my favorite times were to get wayyy out there on DXM then wake up the next morning and dose a psychedelic (usually back then it was Rivea corymbosa seeds the next day).

that intensification goes away with dissociative tolerance, regardless of psychedelic tolerance =/
