Saw my psych today and decided to ask for K-pins as I was getting bored with Xanax and Ativan doesn't do much for me.He gave me 4mg a day and my boyfriend gets 6mg Xanax a day prescribed.I've only taken 2mg of the K-pins and can barely see straight!!! It would usually take something like 6-8 mg Xanax to have this effect.Loving it!! =D

speaking of which, I just plugged 150mg tramadol, and i've been drinking grapefruit juice all morning, and 25 minutes ago i took 25mg diphenhydramine and a good chug of kava. gonna smoke some weed soon. let the synergy begin...

Yeah O-desmethyl tramadol seems great from what I've read. I've also been wanting to try that one for a long time now.

The best dope I've had in the past was slightly gry off white powder. I remember that a .3 lasted all day. A few other times I have had brownish grey dope that blasted me and broqn rocks that were just more euphoric as hell and thwn after a heavy seedation would come. I always liked the brown rocky heroin. That euphoria feels like the heroin I liked. BUT the grey tinted heroin I had on several occasions was prolly fent or just a dif uncut dope.

30mg Vyvanse
150mg Lyrica
0.5mg Klonopin SL
0.75mg Klonopin oral
Hash oil chocolate pieces here and there
Hash oil dabs with the nail/dome intermittently

100g of PST opium tea at 3 am, then 50g PST redose at 8 am
200mg Cimetidine before:
10mg Norco (hydrocodone) staggered dose, then 10mg Norco staggered dose SL 45 mins later

This cimetidine really makes the hydrocodone's peak delay a bit through liver enzyme inhibition, so right about now I'm entering NOD CITY (population: me!)

edit: nvm, i see that they make ER formulations up to 64mg. holy shit.

Yeah, I didn't know it for a while, but apparently having rocks and clumps in your H is a good thing. I've heard stories about this heroin that comes in pebbles that blows everything else away.

Yeah I have some great dope right now that's light tan and has like 3 fat chunky pepples in each bag. They are really easy to break up (with a hose clamp) and the dope is fire no doubt about it. Those chunks are the best part of the dope too because it's the uncut part of it. I always split that part up from the rest and I can really tell the difference. It's alot easier on the nose and gets me more blasted then the powder. Not that the powder is bad but it's obviously alittle bit cut with something.

Anyway i'm currently sniffing said dope and enjoying the end of my work week the riiiight way :D
 
I'm feeling pretty good right now... just picked up some of the best dope we've had in a while.

The dope around here has been falling off a bit just recently... hope it's only a short lived-thing.

If it's anything like the dope scene around here the dope quality always goes up and down like stock prices lol. Most of the time I get great shit but there are def. times when the dope is sub-par at best. Just let your dude casually know but I doubt it has anything to do with him it just depends on the quality coming in from overseas at the moment.

What's up dude? I see the drugs are treating you well lol. No super combo for me today just a bunch of great heroin, dph, and some klonopin. I need to acquire some weed ASAP and some hydroxyzine to make the opiate high better.

My heroin tolerance is getting a bit out of hand. I've done a bundle in the past two days and it's taking me wayyy too much dope lately to get to a nod. I need a multi-week break..these three/four day breaks aren't doing much.
 
I'm high off the fact that I just got 20 percocets! It's making me so happy that 3 hours have passed and I forgot to take them... until now!

on .15 of some decent smoked black tar Heroin and 2.25mg of oral Alprazolam(I do not recommend benzo+opiate combos, you can definitely die easy just throwin it out there don't want to look like I'm recommending doing this!!). i feel magnificent/melting warmth euphoria, not to trashed but definitely felling faded and X rated and sedated, im also smoking some excellent cannabis, love how pot synergies with opiates and heroin especially. i haven't touched the good ole H in around 3 months so i feel like its well worth it, like how you dont use something for awhile and then you do and its great, lovin it, ill be enjoying every last second itll be awhile till i ride some more horsey. my H was also free so that's another plus =D
