Has anyone ever had the cops make a house call for any reason while you are tweaking.

Yea so a couple of weeks ago my SO and I were doing ice for about 2 days straight when the cops showed up @ 4am and of course we HAD to open the door.. It freaked us out, our pupils were humongous.. We were tweaking so bad, my bf was sweating .... I know we smelled like meth and our breath smelled like it... anyway I just want to know if anyone of you has ever experienced it and did you open the door... Do you think the cops can really tell? Especially when it's dark @ 4 am?
 
depends on the person. if youre discreet i would say the majority would leave you to it, but im in the uk so things might be a bit more lenient here.

Also, OP, how bout not opening the door next time? Legally you have a right to refuse to open a door to a police officer. Did you know, just by opening the door an officer can now say he smelt Marijuana and gains probable cause to detain you and search your house? Yeah...found that out just the other day, from now I'm gonna speak through my window...lol!
 
^Exactly. Click on that link. Learn your rights. Unless the police have a search warrant, see something "in plain view" from outside the house (which never happens, really), they hear somebody screaming or in need of assistance inside or you open the door and let them in...the police can't enter your house.
 
I'm not really sure this is OD material, we can't really speculate further than we have. Why do you think the police were at your door at 4am anyways? Were they there for no reason, or...?

(To be honest when I clicked on this I was 90% sure I was going to be dealing with someones meth psychosis, lol.)
