Anyway, I just had a small portion of wholewheat pasta and chilli sauce. I'm on a diet, which is quite handy since I'm skint. Need to start flogging all this stuff I should've sold on ebay ages ago.

The best part about that Spade quote I just posted B&W, was when I read it at the time it had WELCOME in capital letters, and then when I refreshed the page, he'd changed it to all lower case. Made me fucking howl laughing at the time. dunno why. Maybe too much moonjuice that night or something.

The wee mates thing was always Blunsties fave little trick .. that used to give me a giggle too, and also when he took it upon himself to speak for the whole board.
 
got a mate and his GF calling round for dinner tomorrow as there heading to OZ at the end of the month for a year.

going to cook indian for them, will do bombay spuds, a dahl, pilau rice, chips, chicken madras and tandorri chicken.

for my brekkie today in work i did toasted sambos = pork chop, red pepper, cheese and garlic sauce.
 
I'm going to have a baked spud and beans for tea tonight I think.

Homemade pizza evening here - bloody highlight of my diet. Never buy pizza, so making it is a TREAT. That and I enjoy battering the fuck out of the dough, great stress reliever. Part wholewheat base - load of veg topping. Too much garlic <3

Still have the reminiscence, like tracers, of the recent mass-chocolate craving, all I want now is a sniff. The devouring part has passed like the blood flowing from me :)

Thats true, I remember him doing that. I think in MSBs case it was a Machiavelian divide and conquer strategy, in Spades case just a bit tragic as though he's not used to having people on his side and has to get his moneys worth.

When I was in rehab they had an outside wood oven and every saturday night treat what ever time of year what ever the weather was pizza night. Such a simple thing but amazing for morale and working together. There were about 40 sat down to eat so a big responsiblilty and a lot of hard work for who ever was making them, but it was a sought after role. And the pizzas were only ever cheese tomato and basil, but amazing.
